Blog automation

Automated blog writing, grounded in your business.

There are useful stories and answers in your business. Finding the time to research, write and publish them is harder. Klusio develops articles around questions potential customers ask, using your services, experience and agreements as the starting point. You decide what may happen automatically.

Your knowledge becomes the basis of a useful article

A blog can wait between a quotation and the next appointment. Choosing a subject, finding sources, writing, formatting and publishing are recurring tasks. Klusio gives that work a place in the plan, even during a busy week.

Write something a potential customer can use

A subject needs to fit what you sell. A problem, a cost decision or preparation for a project can help someone choose. Klusio weighs that need against your offer and the pages you already have.

Choose a topic for a reason
Research the question and the existing page that could answer it. Updating an established page may be more useful than publishing another explanation of the same subject.
Put your company in the explanation
Working methods, region and real project details make the answer specific. Your own photograph or concrete advice can explain more than a generic paragraph.
Offer a relevant next step
Useful internal links lead to a service, a project or further explanation. Someone researching a question can then see how your company helps.

Hagman: the work and the measurement alongside it

Hagman Timmer & Onderhoudsbedrijf in Delft uses Klusio for ongoing online visibility work. Its March to May 2026 case records 18,355 Google impressions and 143 clicks. Compared with the preceding period, impressions increased +364% and clicks +88%. Source: Google Search Console, as reproduced in the customer case.

The original chart and complete explanation are available below. These figures concern the whole website, not the return on one blog. Google clicks are not customer enquiries or completed jobs. The case’s publication history is not a plan quota, and its result is not a forecast for your website.

Without this taking us much extra time, the platform gives us a professional online presence and we are noticeably receiving more enquiries through the internet.

From a question on the phone to an article worth reading

Consider a joinery company that often answers questions about renovating a rental property. A useful article could explain how decisions affect maintenance, planning and use. Its own experience should show the customer what to consider.

Klusio needs the facts: what you encounter on real projects, which work you perform and what conditions apply. Those answers direct the article and help avoid invented business claims.

Illustrative brief: which floor suits a rental property?
This is a fictional briefing example, not a measured opportunity or customer result.
The customer’s decision
Weigh maintenance, wear and replacement.
Your contribution
Describe a completed project, the floor selected and why it was chosen.
The research
Identify which properties and conditions the reader needs to check.
The next step
Link to the relevant service and a genuine project page.

What you set up and what Klusio then handles

Record your services, working area, tone and important agreements once. Choose the work mode and level of review that fit your company.

1. Your business and permissions
Add your company context and practical information. State what Klusio may publish and what you want to review. Check that the website connection is ready.
2. Research and article preparation
Select a subject and develop the text with available sources and company knowledge. Content checks examine relevance, claims and other quality issues.
3. Publication and follow-up
The article is published or prepared for approval according to your settings. Follow the completed work and available measurements. An existing publication may later be selected for an update.

Publish articles on your own WordPress website

The WordPress connection can transfer content to your own site within its supported capabilities and permissions. You choose whether it can appear automatically or must be approved first, instead of repeatedly copying text, images and links by hand.

Your hosting, theme and site configuration still matter. During setup, check publishing rights and how the article appears in your theme. The connection does not give Klusio unrestricted permission to change the theme or server.

Using a different website?

Wix also has a maintained route. A custom website needs an assessment of its API, rights and capabilities. Automatic publication requires a supported, authorised connection.

If you want to work on more than articles, examine how SEO automation connects research, page improvements, publishing and measurement. A content draft and a technically supported publication are different stages.

Choose the kind of writing support you need

Compare the whole process, from choosing a topic to following the published article. The main question is how much of the work you want to keep doing yourself.

You enjoy writing
Use the Writing Studio to put research and writing assistance beside your text. You make the editorial decisions and publish; automatic articles remain off.
The work keeps waiting
Use the Growth Engine to prepare and publish supported content within the agreements you set. You still supply the practical knowledge that makes it specific.
You need an interview or sensitive expert article
A detailed customer portrait or sensitive specialist piece may require additional editorial work. Agree who interviews, checks the facts and approves the final explanation.

See the work and then follow what changes

Publication starts the measurement period. Does the page receive impressions? Which questions bring clicks? Do later enquiries fit the work you want? Those questions help identify useful follow-up subjects.

Klusio shows available Google measurements and tracked AI mentions. An AI mention is a separate observation with a platform and date, not a guarantee that every user will see your business. Specialist explanations, current prices and customer agreements still deserve your attention.

Begin with your own business knowledge

The free start gives 48 hours of access without payment details. When you choose execution, it includes up to 1 trial article. Publishing needs a supported connection and your permission. The introduction, first analysis and trial emails can be in English; articles are currently produced in Dutch. Use the trial to assess the workflow; organic results need a longer measurement period.

Plans specify the rhythm of improvements, features and guidance. They do not guarantee a fixed number of new blogs: the next useful action may be an existing-page update or a correction. Published content on your own domain remains there after cancellation; retain your website and hosting access.

Questions and answers

How does Klusio automate blogging?

Add your company context and choose a working mode. Klusio uses customer questions, existing content and available business knowledge to select the subject and prepare the article. Publication follows your settings and needs a supported, authorised connection. You can then review the work and available measurements.

Can Klusio publish blogs automatically in WordPress?

Yes, through the supported WordPress connection and the required rights. Choose automatic publication or preparation for approval. Setup checks the capabilities of your website.

What does it cost to have blog articles written?

Content execution is part of the growth plans. Work rhythm, guidance and additional modules differ by plan. Compare research, publication and follow-up as well as the text itself. The current pricing page shows the full scope.

How many blog articles will be published?

The Growth Engine chooses the appropriate action. Your plan determines the rhythm of website improvements; a new article is one option alongside an update or a correction. If you write yourself, you decide when the article is ready. The free start includes up to one trial article when you choose execution.

How do I avoid generic AI writing?

Supply specific services, regions, genuine projects, photos and answers to customer questions. Klusio uses that context with research and content checks. Review specialist explanations and business agreements. Your examples make the draft more recognisable and easier to assess.

Can I write or edit an article myself?

Yes. The Writing Studio puts research and writing assistance beside your text. Automatic articles remain off in that working mode. With Klusio execution, set the permissions and desired approval process in advance.

Will automated blogs bring more customers?

An article may help reach people interested in your services. Enquiries also depend on the topic, competition, your offer and the website. Klusio tracks signals such as Google impressions and clicks. Assess enquiries separately, including their source and quality.

Do I keep the articles if I stop?

Content published on your own website remains on your domain after cancellation. Keep your own access to the website and hosting. Continued rankings and traffic are not guaranteed.
