Klusio for agencies
You deliver the website. Keep improving it after launch.
For web, marketing and SEO agencies serving small and medium-sized businesses. Klusio investigates search opportunities, prepares suitable improvements and carries out supported work with the client’s permission. You keep the relationship and have concrete work and results to discuss.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
- Your client
- A recurring improvement, with its reason and completion date.
- Your agency
- Useful material for the monthly conversation and a clear handover for technical work.
- The price
- A normal Klusio subscription for each client; commercial agency terms agreed separately.
- The first step
- Start with one suitable client, after a conversation with Sicco.
Example: the work your client can see
Fictional accountancy firm in Utrecht, September 2026. The dates and values illustrate the account layout; they are not measured customer results.
| Date | Work and reason | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 24 September | New page about outsourcing payroll in Utrecht. The example records 410 Google impressions without a suitable page. | Live |
| 17 September | Add costs and deadlines to the VAT-return page; preserve the baseline on this date. | Live |
| 10 September | Repair three broken links in earlier articles, identified in the 8 September website check. | Website check |
| Now | Draft: what does a bookkeeper cost for a sole trader? Read and approve before publishing. | Awaiting your decision |
Which agencies is this for?
The website is live, your client wants to be found and someone needs to keep working on it. Klusio can support the recurring work alongside your existing responsibilities.
- Web agencies
- Keep the site moving after handover. Where Klusio cannot carry out a technical change, a prepared work brief can go to your team.
- Marketing agencies
- Use Klusio for suitable ongoing website and visibility work alongside campaigns. Your agency remains responsible for the wider marketing plan.
- SEO agencies
- Use a regular preparation and execution process for approved work. Keep control of the strategy and the decisions that need specialist judgement.
1. Choose a useful improvement
The Growth Engine brings together Search Console, website checks and recorded AI answers. It selects a suitable action: new content, a stronger existing page or a correction. Each proposed action should explain the evidence and why it is worth doing. Use that explanation in your client conversation.
- Example: a recruitment company
- A service page appears around positions 11–20 for relevant questions and has 540 impressions over three weeks. Fictional opportunity scores are 84 for that page, 61 for an article about temporary-staff costs and 38 for repairing broken links in two articles. They help illustrate prioritisation; they do not prove that rewriting a page will produce a first-page position.
- What the plan changes
- Start provides a weekly improvement rhythm, Pro twice a week and Marktleider each working day, subject to a functioning connection, permissions and required approvals. The action is chosen for its value; the plan is not a fixed article quota.
2. Carry out the work within agreed permissions
Publishing and updating depend on the CMS, the connection and the content Klusio can safely edit. WordPress and Wix have supported routes; other systems need a capability check or an API implementation. Existing layouts and manual changes must be respected. Your client can also choose preparation only, leaving the decision to your team.
- Automatic execution
- Allow supported work within the selected working method and safeguards. Completed changes remain visible in the account.
- Approval for significant changes
- Require approval for actions such as merging pages, redirects or removing pages from search. Routine work follows the selected permissions.
- Additional review of changes
- Review proposed changes to existing pages, titles and links before they are applied. Preparation alone does not publish anything.
3. Measure Google and recorded AI answers
Search Console provides impressions, clicks and average positions. Klusio distinguishes completed work, visibility, visits and enquiries. A later increase is not automatically attributed to the last edit.
The plans include 10 tracked AI questions with Start, 20 with Pro and 40 with Marktleider. Supported measurements cover ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Copilot, with a measurement date and status for each question. This is a defined sample of answers, not a count of every AI conversation.
- Example: an estate agency
- Track questions about selling, valuations and buying assistance in its actual area. Record whether the agency is mentioned and which sources appear in each checked answer. A mention for one question does not establish market-wide visibility.
| Question | Example observation |
|---|---|
| Which estate agent offers a free valuation in Amersfoort? | 22 September: mentioned in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. |
| What does a selling agent in Amersfoort cost? | 19 September: mentioned in Perplexity only. |
| Which buying agent in Amersfoort helps first-time buyers? | 15 September: not mentioned in this example. |
4. Review a monthly update together
After a complete month, the client receives an update about work completed, what changed and the next step. The client can add your address as a CC in notification settings. Use it to discuss the evidence and unresolved questions, rather than starting each meeting from scratch. Account screens and automated updates are currently in Dutch; you can discuss the findings with Klusio in English.
| Part of the update | Example |
|---|---|
| Work completed | A logistics recruitment page, clearer salary and hours on a driver page, and relevant internal links. |
| Google impressions | 6,240 in August compared with 4,910 in July. Fictional values, not customer results. |
| Google clicks | 183 in August compared with 141 in July. Fictional values, not an enquiry count. |
| Next proposed step | Explain the cost of hiring a temporary employee, if research supports a useful answer. |
Technical work reaches your team as a work brief
A slow page, a server redirect or a template fault may need your developer. A work brief sets out the reason, exact change and checks, and can be downloaded as a PDF. You and the client agree the implementation work and its price.
Shared portal access lasts 7 or 30 days and shows only the selected briefs. You can mark work ready for review; the client confirms delivery. A separate 7-day handover link can let you connect WordPress or Search Console without needing a Klusio account.
| Task and reason | Review point or status |
|---|---|
| Mobile homepage is slow in the 22 September website check | Example acceptance point: largest content element within 2.5 seconds; verify the mobile experience after the change. Ready for review. |
| Six old service URLs return errors and still receive visits | Agree the correct destination for each URL and test the redirects. In progress. |
| Fourteen service pages share the same title | Correct the template and verify the resulting page titles. To do. |
Your agency keeps the client relationship
Agree responsibilities explicitly before the first client begins. Klusio supports recurring execution; it does not replace your knowledge of the client or automatically become the client’s agency.
| Your agency | Klusio |
|---|---|
| Understand the client and market; discuss decisions and results | Investigate the available website, Google and AI evidence. |
| Agree what may be automatic and what needs review | Prepare and carry out supported work within those permissions. |
| Implement developer briefs and agree the fee with the client | Prepare the reason, instructions and checks for work it cannot safely perform. |
What your client sees in the account
Each Growth Engine client has an individual Klusio account and keeps its website and published content. This offer is not a white-label agency platform or a single login for all of your Growth Engine clients. AMI Agency provides a separate multi-project measurement and reporting product.
| Part | How it works |
|---|---|
| Branding | Klusio appears in the account and emails. Agree how you introduce it to your client. |
| Published content | On the client’s own domain through a supported connection; content remains there after cancellation. |
| Monthly update | Sent to the client, with your address in CC when configured. |
| Team access | The client invites you as a team member. An email address belongs to one account, so separate clients require separate addresses. |
| Language | The public website, free-start introduction, authentication, onboarding, initial result and trial emails are available in English. Other account tools, regular monthly updates and article publication remain Dutch. |
A fixed subscription price for each client
Your client takes a normal Klusio plan. The differences include working rhythm, scope and tracking limits. The amounts below are monthly payments excluding VAT, from the current Klusio plan configuration. Advertising spend and separately activated modules are additional.
| Plan | Price | Working rhythm | Tracking allowance | Typical scope |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Groei Start | €199 per month excluding VAT | One improvement each week | 10 AI questions and 50 keywords | One important service or region, such as an accountant in one town. |
| Groei Pro | €399 per month excluding VAT | Two improvements each week | 20 AI questions and 100 keywords | Several core services in a defined region, such as a recruiter with two specialisms. |
| Groei Marktleider | €699 per month excluding VAT | One improvement each working day | 40 AI questions and 250 keywords | Multiple services or locations, such as an estate agency with three offices. |
Agree your agency’s fee and invoicing separately
We agree who introduces and invoices the client and what your agency earns. The arrangement depends on whether you introduce the client, manage the monthly conversation, retain strategy work or provide other services. There is no published fixed commission. Put the agreement in writing before the first client begins, and price developer work separately.
Klusio Partner is a subscription for one business with personal management from Sicco and the Klusio team. It is not an agency programme, a multi-client licence or a standard commission agreement.
The growth guarantee has conditions for each client
The guarantee applies from Groei Marktleider, with Klusio fully on autopilot and the stated access and measurement conditions. After 30 complete measurement days, both organic Google impressions and clicks must not have increased against the 30 days before the first publication for the specified refund condition to apply. It concerns the first paid month’s subscription fee.
Check the full conditions, including available data and the start of the measurement period. It is not a guarantee of a ranking or enquiry count. Working through an agency does not make every client eligible.
Start with one suitable client
Test the working relationship before expanding it. A subscription and a technical connection are separate from a discussion about whether the offer fits.
- 1. Talk with Sicco
- Discuss the client and your existing work in a 30-minute partner conversation. Agree contact, invoicing and your role.
- 2. Set up the client account
- Record the business information, website and Search Console access, working method and approvals. Check the publishing connection before anything goes live.
- 3. Complete the first measurement period
- Use the agreed improvement rhythm and compare relevant data with the starting point. Record publication and execution dates separately from later results.
- 4. Review the fit together
- Decide whether it is useful to add another client. Monthly payment is cancellable monthly under the notice conditions; annual payment runs for its paid term.
Read the evidence from three different businesses
These are customer cases, not promised outcomes for your agency’s clients. Inspect the source, period and starting position in each full case. Keep changes in visibility separate from commercial enquiries.
- NieuwHuis Makelaardij
- 13,607 impressions and 221 clicks in Google Search Console, 17 January to 11 April 2026. The full case also explains later measurements and their separate comparison periods.
- Ebbers Schilderwerken
- 27,802 Google impressions and 229 clicks in the case’s first 90-day period. Read the dated screenshots and context in the full case.
- Choice Kozijnen
- 59,164 Google impressions and 316 clicks, April to July 2026. The case reports 65% more impressions and 56% more clicks against the preceding 90-day period.
When this is less suitable for your agency
Discuss these boundaries before making a commitment to your client.
- You need full white labelling
- Your own name, logo and domain throughout are not part of this offer.
- You need one login for several Growth Engine clients
- The Growth Engine uses a separate account and invitation arrangement for each client. AMI Agency is a different product: it provides client projects for AI visibility measurement and reporting.
- You need to promise a fixed ranking or lead count
- Klusio does not make that promise.
- The client will not allow website changes
- Preparation may still be possible, but the implementation route needs an owner.
- The client will not provide Search Console access
- The Google measurement and feedback process described here cannot be delivered in full.
- You want a referral with no continuing involvement
- Discuss a different arrangement rather than assuming the agency workflow applies.

Questions and answers
Can I offer Klusio under my agency’s name?
Your client uses its own Klusio account and sees Klusio in the account and emails. Your agency remains the team introducing the service and discussing the results. Agree the presentation beforehand; this is not a white-label offer.
Can I manage all my Growth Engine clients with one login?
No. Growth Engine client data and choices stay in separate accounts. Each client can invite you as a team member, but one email address belongs to one account. You therefore need a separate address for each client account. The monthly update can also copy your agency.
What does my agency earn, and who invoices the client?
Agree both in the partner conversation, alongside responsibility for contacting the client. The arrangement depends on your ongoing work. There is no standard published percentage; normal client subscription prices are on the pricing page.
Is Klusio Partner the agency programme?
No. Klusio Partner is a plan for one business with personal management from Sicco and the team. Agency arrangements are agreed separately from each client’s normal subscription.
What is needed to connect a website?
WordPress uses an application password and Wix an API key; Search Console needs access. Other systems require a capability check and, where applicable, an implementation of Klusio’s API. A client can share a seven-day WordPress or Search Console setup link with you without requiring you to have an account. Never share passwords through the enquiry form.
Does Klusio change things without my client knowing?
The selected working method and permissions determine what may run automatically and what requires approval. You can require review of significant changes, extra review for existing-page changes, or preparation only. The account records completed work and dates.
Do I have to bring several clients immediately?
No. Start with one suitable website and client, agree the connection and workflow, then review the first 30 measurement days together before deciding whether to add more.
What happens if my client stops?
Monthly payment is cancellable monthly, with notice at least seven days before the next invoice date. Annual payment runs until the end of the paid year. Content already published on the client’s website remains there.
