How Klusio works
Set it up around your business. Keep improving from there.
First, Klusio needs to understand your business and what it is allowed to do. It then uses search data, AI answers and your own knowledge to choose and carry out useful website work. You can follow each proposal, its execution and the measurements afterwards.
- Discover
- Check whether the approach fits your business before committing.
- Set up
- Agree your services, sources, connections and permissions once, then keep them current.
- Improve
- Let the Growth Engine prepare and carry out the next suitable step.
- Learn
- Use confirmed work and later measurements to inform the next decision.
Start with the opportunity
Bring your website and the questions you want to answer. In a demo, we can discuss what Google and AI visibility tell you, which tasks Klusio could carry out and which plan fits. The free growth scan identifies up to three priorities from the available evidence, with a reason and a first step. It does not establish that an opportunity will produce a particular ranking or sale.
Give Klusio a reliable starting point
The setup wizard can import information from your website. Check that information before relying on it: an old page, missing service or incorrect claim will otherwise give the work a poor starting point. You can save the setup and return to it.
- Business knowledge
- Confirm your services, customers, working area, brand voice and content language. Add practical experience, product information, cases and claims that are supported. An English website visit does not change your account or content language.
- Connections
- Connect your website and relevant measurement sources, such as Google Search Console. Check publication rights, editable content and the available verification route.
- Competitors and focus
- Choose businesses you genuinely compete with. Exclude general reference sites. Decide whether the initial emphasis should be balanced, Google visibility, AI visibility or a relevant competitive gap.
- Permissions
- Choose what Klusio may do independently and what needs your approval. Establish the baseline and inspect the initial website analysis and work plan.
Let the Growth Engine choose useful work
The Growth Engine weighs available evidence against your services, existing pages and what can be carried out. It may choose a new article, strengthen an existing page, improve an internal link or address a website issue. A new article is only useful when it answers a distinct customer question.
- A reason before a proposal
- See the affected page, the search question and the source and period behind the finding. A saved target keyword alone is not proof that a page needs rewriting.
- A change you can review
- Compare the current text with the proposal and see where it belongs. Suitable changes can use your authorised website connection; other work goes into a developer brief.
- Work beyond your own pages
- Klusio can identify a relevant place for an external mention, look for a contact address and prepare an outreach email in your name for you to send. It then follows whether the mention appears. Suitable publications can also become LinkedIn drafts in your brand voice. Preparing, sending and securing a placement remain separate steps.
- Technical issues and reviews
- Website checks and connected reviews can produce useful next steps alongside content. Klusio can carry out supported changes within your permissions; work that requires your developer stays identifiable. Important or external actions are presented for your decision.
Check the work, then follow the evidence
Prepared, approved, implemented, confirmed live and measured are different states. Klusio records the work and checks the live result where the connection supports it. Follow-ups may use 14-, 30-, 60- or 90-day windows, depending on the action and available data.
- The live page
- Check the final URL, expected content, reachability and indexability.
- Google indexing
- Check whether Google has indexed the intended final URL where this information is available. A successful publication is not an indexing confirmation.
- Search activity
- Review organic impressions, clicks and search questions with the source and measurement period.
- Pages and positions
- Follow which relevant pages and average positions rise or fall. Compare equivalent periods rather than isolated snapshots.
- AI answers
- Review answers to tracked customer questions, dated mentions and cited sources. Separate a measured mention from a recommendation.
- Competitor gaps
- Check which relevant questions and sources still distinguish competitors from your own website.
- Reviews, profiles and external mentions
- Confirm the appropriate result: for example, that a profile change is visible or an external mention actually exists. A prepared message is not a completed placement.
- The next decision
- Use confirmed work and available follow-up in the next priority decision and monthly overview. See completed work, remaining decisions and the next focus. A rise after a change does not establish that the change alone caused it.
What the first month can look like
This is an indicative sequence, not a delivery deadline or a promise of an SEO result in a particular week. Access, website compatibility, approvals and the knowledge available all affect the pace.
- Before you start
- Discuss the website, goals and division of work. Try the workflow or review the growth scan.
- At setup
- Check imported business information, connect the required sources and choose permissions and focus.
- In the first days
- Establish the baseline, review existing pages and prepare a suitable first step.
- During week one
- Review or implement the first work within the agreed publishing workflow. Resolve missing knowledge or access before making unsupported changes.
- During weeks two to four
- Continue at your plan’s rhythm and review live checks and the measurements available so far.
- Around day thirty
- Assess completed work and available visibility data. The separate growth guarantee uses its own start date and conditions.
Who takes care of what?
Klusio can handle recurring research and supported execution. Your team remains the source of business-specific facts and the authority for decisions outside the agreed permissions.
- You describe the business; Klusio builds the context
- You confirm services, regions and expertise. Klusio imports and organises the available information for research and content.
- You authorise access; Klusio checks the connection
- You or your developer arrange access. Klusio checks which measurement and publishing tasks are supported.
- You choose the focus; Klusio weighs the opportunities
- Set business priorities and boundaries. Klusio compares those with the evidence and the existing website.
- You add experience; Klusio prepares the text
- Answer relevant questions when needed. Klusio uses your input to write and check content within your brand guidelines.
- You decide when required; Klusio follows the work
- Approve the changes that need your decision. Klusio records execution and follows the available results. Your developer handles agreed custom or unsupported work.
Your team chooses the direction; AMI supplies the research
If your own team or agency manages the marketing, Klusio AMI can track buying questions, competitors and cited sources in the markets that matter to you. Start with your market and questions, inspect the saved answers and decide what deserves action.
AMI is a separate module that also works without the Growth Engine. Your team can implement the findings. With a connected Growth Engine, suitable opportunities can join the central workflow within your permissions.
- Choose the customer questions
- Track questions that are relevant to your services and the market you want to reach.
- Inspect the answer and source
- Read what the answer actually says and which source supports it. Identify missing explanation or evidence.
- Choose the next improvement
- Prepare a brief, agree implementation and measure again where useful.
Choose how much to hand over
You can let supported routine work proceed automatically, reserve larger or external decisions for yourself, or review content before publication. Set these boundaries during onboarding and revisit them as your needs change.
- Automatic work
- Klusio works within the scope and permissions you have granted. It does not gain unrestricted access to your business or third-party websites.
- Approval for specific decisions
- Review proposals before an action that needs your agreement. A draft or preview never counts as permission to publish.
- Review before publication
- Read the content and approve it first. This workflow is available, but it is outside the full-autopilot growth guarantee.
See the account before deciding
These recordings show the dashboard and keyword view in the Dutch account. They are interface demonstrations, not a promise that a particular result will occur. In the English demo, we can explain the screens and your intended workflow.
- Dashboard
- Find the current priority, completed work, pages needing attention and the available Google, AI, reputation and technical results together.
- Keyword positions
- Inspect the tracked position, movement and associated page for each keyword. Google Ads figures remain separate from organic search results.
- AI visibility
- Distinguish a page being found from it actually being cited. Read the saved answer and source evidence before considering a proposed improvement.
Your website and published content remain yours
The accumulated work can include articles, improved pages, internal links, market insights and a history of decisions. Published content stays on your own website when the subscription ends. Automatic work and subscription-based monitoring stop.
- Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel at least seven days before the next invoice date. Annual subscriptions have a twelve-month term and stop renewing at the end of the paid period.
- Changing focus
- Update your business priorities when services, regions or goals change. Preserve relevant existing pages instead of starting again without a reason.
- Your own measurement data
- Your own Google Search Console property remains the place to inspect its data, separate from the Klusio subscription.
- What can accumulate
- Relevant new and improved content, internal links, market knowledge, LinkedIn drafts from suitable publications, and a history of work and measured results. This describes the workflow, not a fixed rate of growth.
How the workflow looked for three customers
Each case connects a customer question with work on the business’s own website and a later observation. The examples use different measurement windows. They are not a forecast for your business or evidence that content alone caused the change.
- Hagman Timmer, Delft
- The work addressed questions about carpentry and property maintenance. The source case reports 18,355 Google impressions and 143 clicks from March to May 2026, with impressions +364% against its preceding comparison window. Source: Google Search Console. The original case does not give exact calendar boundaries, so none are inferred here.
- Prak Gevelrenovatie, Noord-Holland
- The work addressed unanswered questions about wall renovation. From 5 July to 2 October 2026 the website recorded 1,487 Google clicks, compared with 273 in the same dates in 2025. 1,068 of the current-period clicks went to Klusio articles. Source: Google Search Console. These are clicks, not unique visitors.
- NieuwHuis Makelaardij, Almere
- Content covered questions from buyers and sellers, including buying-agent advice. NieuwHuis recorded 455 Google clicks from 5 July 2026 to 2 October 2026, compared with 136 in the period 5 July 2025 to 2 October 2025 (Google Search Console). One article about when to use a buying agent recorded 26 clicks in the current period. These are clicks, not a count of new customers or a guaranteed result.
When this approach fits, and when it does not
Klusio suits businesses with an accessible website, relevant customer questions and someone who can confirm facts and make necessary decisions. It takes an ongoing work rhythm to build and assess improvements.
- Expectations to discuss first
- An immediate traffic spike, a one-off campaign or a fixed ranking within two weeks is not what this service promises.
- Practical limitations
- Without website access, support for changes or reliable business information, some execution cannot proceed. A business with little relevant search demand may need a different acquisition channel.
- Content volume as the only aim
- If your main requirement is the largest possible volume of cheap text, this is not the intended approach. Work is chosen for its relevance and usefulness.
- Your own marketing team
- A team or SEO specialist can use Klusio’s research. For deeper market, competitor and source analysis, look at the separate AMI module.
The growth guarantee has a defined scope
The growth guarantee is available only on Groei Marktleider and Klusio Partner with Klusio running fully on autopilot. It does not apply to Groei Start, Groei Pro, self-managed execution or a workflow requiring approval before publication.
Day one is the date of the first successful Klusio publication on your website. We compare 30 complete days with the 30 days immediately before day one, using organic impressions and clicks in Google Search Console. If neither figure is higher and the conditions are met, the subscription fee for the first paid month is refundable. The final assessment normally follows within 3 days of the measurement window because Google reports with a delay. This is not a guarantee of rankings, indexing, AI mentions, enquiries or revenue.
Try the workflow before subscribing
You can try Klusio for 48 hours without payment details. When you let Klusio carry out the work, the trial includes up to 1 trial article. Publishing requires a supported website connection and your permission. The trial lets you experience the workflow; SEO results take longer to assess.
The free-start introduction, first analysis and trial emails are available in English. Articles and Dutch-market search queries remain in Dutch. You can also arrange a demo in English. Neither a demo request nor reading the English website changes your existing account settings.
