Integrations

Connect the right tools. Know what each connection can do.

Reading search data, publishing an article and changing a page-builder block are different permissions. Check measurement, website execution and lead capture separately, so you know what Klusio can carry out and where your developer is needed.

Measurement
Search Console, tracked AI answers, reviews and authorised campaign data.
Publishing
Supported CMS or API tasks, with a developer handover when needed.
Lead capture
Website forms, analytics and chatbot connections, each with its own scope.
Verification
Check the resulting URL and expected content; a send attempt alone is not publication.

Check capability before promising execution

A connected account may allow reading without allowing edits. Confirm the specific task, account, website and permissions before starting. Use only the access needed; do not share passwords or API keys in an ordinary contact form.

A shared workflow
Available data can inform the dashboard, Growth Engine and reporting. A measurement connection does not grant publishing rights.
Authorised access
Connect the correct account and site. Company data and credentials must remain separated by customer.
A checked outcome
Inspect the final live URL and expected content where verification is supported. Some changes still require a developer or a manual review.

Publishing articles and changing pages

Maintained WordPress and Wix routes support article publishing after configuration and authorisation. Other CMSs and custom sites need a capability check against the available API and content structure.

WordPress
Publish and update supported articles through the authorised connection. Editing suitable Elementor or Bricks blocks is a separate beta feature using the extra Klusio plugin. Not every widget or shared template is supported.
Wix
Connect and authorise the correct site for the maintained article-publishing route. Access to articles does not mean every page-layout component can be edited.
Webflow and other API-based sites
Check the CMS collection, field mapping, permissions and existing content before using a configured route. Publishing an individual item is different from publishing an entire website; pending designer changes must not go live without separate agreement.
No suitable editing route
Klusio can still prepare a developer brief with selected changes, current and new text, placement and checks. Agree implementation, publication and costs with your developer.

Connect the measurements that inform the work

Each source answers a different question. The date, coverage and reporting delay matter when interpreting a figure.

Google Search Console
Organic impressions, clicks, search questions and average positions. Google reports with a delay. Clicks do not establish how many paying customers you gained.
AI visibility
Track selected customer questions and the answers returned by the measured platforms. The separate AMI module provides deeper market, competitor and source research within its own plan.
Google Business Profile
Connected profile information and reviews can inform work. Review requests, replies and posts have their own permissions and approval rules.
Google Ads
Authorised campaign and search-term data can inform recommendations. Ad spend is separate from the subscription and paid to Google. Changes require the appropriate access and agreed budget boundaries.

Lead capture and distribution need their own setup

A short embed installation is only one part of onboarding. Business knowledge, permission, consent, testing and reliable attribution still need attention.

Website chatbot
An authorised embed can answer from the configured company knowledge and capture an enquiry. This does not give the chatbot permission to change website pages.
Analytics and forms
Connect analytics and relevant conversion events when you want to measure enquiries. Consent requirements and the actual event definition must be respected. A form view is different from a confirmed booking.
WhatsApp
Lead notifications pass enquiries to you. The separately activated WhatsApp customer assistant conducts conversations with customers and has its own number setup and allowance.
LinkedIn
LinkedIn Basic prepares article-related drafts. Porthos adds a separate strategy, planning and publication workflow. Each uses its supported connection and approval settings.

Give your developer a complete handover

A connection cannot replace a specification for unsupported work. Select the changes and create a brief that identifies the current page and the intended result. Saving that brief does not email it or publish any changes.

Before implementation
Compare the live text with the version used for the proposal. Preserve newer manual work and all elements outside the selected change.
The actual change
Supply the complete new text, the replacement or insertion point, the reason and the expected checks. Templates, forms and other language versions remain outside scope unless separately agreed.
After implementation
Record the live URL and implementation date. Check content and layout on mobile and desktop, then follow the available measurements.

Bring the right information to the demo

Start with your website address, CMS, who manages it and which articles or pages you want to improve. We can then discuss supported actions and what access needs arranging. Keep credentials out of the contact form.

Questions and answers

Does Klusio work with every website?

Many websites can support measurement or a chatbot embed when the required access is available. Direct publishing and page editing depend on the CMS, API, permissions and page structure. Maintained WordPress and Wix article routes are available; other routes need a capability check.

Can everything be connected in five minutes?

No. Installing a script can be quick, but access, data connections, business knowledge, publishing permissions and testing are separate tasks. Confirm the setup needed for your website before assuming it is ready.

Can Klusio publish without access to my website?

No. Automatic publishing requires a supported and authorised connection. Without one, Klusio can prepare content or a developer brief for you to have implemented.
