Klusio for marketing teams

Understand your market before choosing the next step.

Klusio follows relevant customer questions, measured AI answers, competing pages and market developments. Your team can inspect the source, assess its relevance and decide who should act. You choose whether to write, delegate suitable work or investigate further.

A shared view of the market

See the finding, what it may mean for your business and the source behind it. The original recording below shows the market view in Klusio. It helps the team work from the same starting information rather than passing around disconnected screenshots.

Four stages from observation to the next decision

Use the evidence to decide what is worth doing. A change outside the business is not automatically a new campaign or article.

1. Follow
Customer questions, recorded AI answers, relevant competitors and market news.
2. Interpret
Assess the relevance, separate noise from a useful signal and explain what it may mean for your offer.
3. Choose
Write with your team, delegate supported work, investigate further or decide that no action is needed.
4. Learn
Review what actually went live, what changed in the available measurements and which question comes next.

Six parts of your team’s market picture

Connect developments outside the business with customer questions, your offer and the content you already have. Coverage and update frequency depend on the connected sources and your plan.

Google: what people search for
Relevant questions, recorded positions, seasonality and questions your website does not yet answer well.
AI assistants: answers to selected questions
Which questions were measured, which businesses the answers mention, which visible sources they cite and where your company is absent.
Competitors: actual published activity
New pages, recurring themes and relevant visibility changes. One post is not necessarily a trend.
The market: what is changing
News, rules and customer behaviour, with a source, date and assessment of whether the observation is still useful.
Your own website: existing knowledge
Pages, projects, reviews and earlier research that can be reused or improved where appropriate.
Results: what the data supports
Google, AI and visit measurements help identify themes worth developing and assumptions that still need evidence.

Three research layers with different purposes

AI Visibility, the Market Monitor and AMI answer different questions. Keep their scope clear when using them together.

AI Visibility
Follow defined customer questions at your plan’s frequency. Inspect whether your business appears, where it appears in the recorded answer, the visible sources and the competitors mentioned.
Market Monitor
Follow relevant news and developments around the business. Assess whether a signal remains current and close or revisit it when it becomes outdated.
AMI: AI market intelligence
Investigate buying questions, competitors and cited sources within a chosen market, country and language. It is a separate service. Your team receives evidence and work briefs; a connected Growth Engine can handle suitable opportunities within its permissions.

Explore a specific AMI question

Start with a defined market question, then inspect the underlying answers before choosing work. These three guides explain different research decisions.

Which competitors does AI mention?
Review the customer question, recorded answer and visible sources to find a sensible starting point for your team.
How does visibility differ by country?
Compare markets using their own language, customer questions and relevant competitors.
What should follow a missed opportunity?
Connect a substantiated work brief with execution and a later measurement. An omission alone does not justify publishing a new page.

Ask five questions about every finding

A useful finding should support a decision the team can explain. Keep it connected to the action taken and the measurements afterwards.

1. What was observed?
Record the source, date and the question, page or measurement series behind the finding.
2. Why is it relevant to us?
Connect it to your offer, audience, area and current business priority.
3. How certain is it?
Distinguish an established fact, an indication and a working hypothesis that needs more research.
4. What can we do with it?
Options include no action, continued monitoring, research, content, a LinkedIn draft, a website improvement or a business decision.
5. How will we assess the result?
Choose a measurement source, starting point and suitable review date. Keep attribution limits visible.

Collaborate without reconstructing the brief

Keep the search question, sources, your own evidence and the overlap check with the draft. An assigned writer, reviewer, deadline and status help a colleague understand both the task and the reason for it. Writing, reviewing, approving and publishing are separate responsibilities.

Example draft: choosing an accountant
Fictional review scenario. The draft answers “What should you look for when choosing an accountant?” and is awaiting review.
Writer: Noor, deadline Friday
In this example, Noor works from a research file containing the question, three sources and two approved reviews. The names and quantities illustrate the workflow, not customer activity.
Reviewer: Amir
Amir checks the claims, sources and fit with the campaign.
One requested change
Support the claimed saving with the primary source, or remove it. The review remains attached to the same draft.

Choose who does the work for each topic

Use automation where the task and permissions support it, and your team’s expertise where judgement and voice matter. Access to research does not itself grant permission to publish or change a website.

The Growth Engine carries out suitable work
For recurring content and improvements within the limits you set. Useful when the team needs help with execution.
Your team writes with evidence
For expert articles, opinions and interpretation of developments where your own knowledge and voice are central.
Your team sets priorities using AMI
For a focused investigation of buying questions, competing businesses and sources in a market. Start with a defined scope and follow the observations that matter.

Bring your website and a question your team needs to answer

Discuss your market, existing tools and the work you want to keep in-house. A demo can show the research and execution routes. A free growth scan offers a separate starting assessment of the opportunities supported by your website and the available evidence.

Questions and answers

Does Klusio replace our marketer or content manager?

No. It supports research, comparison and review so decisions have a clearer basis. Your team chooses who writes, reviews and publishes, and where supported automation fits.

Can we use Klusio for research and write the content ourselves?

Yes. Use the Writing Studio and content portfolio while keeping automatic article publication off. Research, relevant opportunities and measurements remain available within your plan.

What is the difference between AI Visibility, Market Monitor and AMI?

AI Visibility follows defined customer questions and the businesses named in measured answers. Market Monitor follows relevant developments around the business. AMI is a separate module for buying questions, competitors and sources by market, country and language.

Can team members have different responsibilities?

A draft can have a writer, reviewer, deadline and status. Keep writing, review, approval and publishing responsibilities distinct, and grant the appropriate access within the customer account.

Can Klusio work alongside our existing tools?

Yes. It uses connected information from Google Search Console, your website and available publishing and measurement integrations. Check the required connections and access before agreeing the workflow.
