Terms and conditions

Klusio is a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 78654785. We provide growth software and related services for analysis, organic visibility, content, AI Visibility, lead follow-up and separately agreed extensions. Active services depend on the chosen plan and any written add-on, pilot or custom-service agreements.

These terms apply to all agreements between Klusio and customers or users of our growth software, modules, add-ons, pilots and related services, and to use of our website (klusio.nl) and management dashboard. Creating an account or using our service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Klusio may amend these terms with 30 days’ notice by email or through the website.

An account is required to use the service. Keep your login credentials confidential and your account information up to date. In the event of a breach, such as spam or fraud, Klusio may terminate your account immediately without a refund.

Eligibility for the 30-day growth guarantee

The growth guarantee is available only on Groei Marktleider and Klusio Partner with Klusio running fully on autopilot. It does not apply to Groei Start, Groei Pro, self-managed execution or a workflow requiring approval before publication. Full automatic execution and publication must remain enabled during the measurement period within the agreed permissions.

Start of the guarantee

Day one is the date on which the first publication created by Klusio is successfully published on your website. Google Search Console must be correctly connected and readable by that day.

Baseline and measurement period

The baseline is the 30 complete calendar days immediately before day one. The measurement period runs from day one through day 30 and is compared with that equally long baseline.

What counts as measurable growth

Only more organic impressions or more organic clicks in the connected Google Search Console property than in the baseline. Rankings, revenue, leads, indexing and AI mentions do not count as substitute measures.

Refund

If neither measure is higher and you meet the conditions, the subscription fee for your first paid month is refunded. Advertising budgets, usage charges, add-ons and work outside the subscription are excluded. The guarantee is available once per business and Chamber of Commerce number.

Reporting delay

Search Console processes recent days with a delay. The final assessment normally follows within three days after day 30.

When the guarantee no longer applies

The guarantee lapses if the customer removes or blocks the Search Console connection, published content, tracking or indexability during the measurement period, or if the measured domain or project changes materially.

Free trial and paid subscription

Before subscribing, you can try Klusio for 48 hours without payment details or automatic renewal. If you let Klusio execute, this includes up to 1 trial article. Publishing requires a suitable website connection and your permission. A paid subscription starts only after your order and payment. The trial and growth guarantee are separate arrangements.

Monthly payment

A monthly subscription can be cancelled with at least seven days’ notice before the next invoice date.

Annual payment

An annual prepayment covers twelve months. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the prepaid annual period. There is no refund for the remaining term except where required by law or an applicable 30-day growth guarantee.

The following financial arrangements apply.

Invoicing

Monthly, in advance; an annual prepayment is governed by the annual-payment provision in article 3.

Payment methods

iDEAL, credit card and direct debit.

Price changes

Announced at least 30 days in advance by email or through the dashboard.

Cancellation

At least seven days before the next invoice date; otherwise the subscription continues.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law, under an accepted claim under the growth guarantee described above, or under a separate written agreement.

Klusio may be used only for legitimate lead generation and customer support, and for activities consistent with the law and our privacy policy. In the event of a breach, Klusio may suspend or terminate the account without a refund.

Prohibited communication

Spam or misleading communication.

Unlawful data collection

Illegal collection of personal data.

Abuse of trials

Creating multiple trial accounts for the same business.

Damage

Harming Klusio, our systems or third parties.

Klusio processes data in accordance with its privacy policy and the GDPR. As data controller, you are responsible for how the collected data is used. See the data processing agreement for details.

Data collected

Name, email address, telephone number and chat conversations.

Purpose

Lead generation, customer support and improvement of the service.

Retention

Up to one year, unless you request earlier deletion.

Klusio uses anonymised and aggregated answers that AI systems give to questions submitted by Klusio for research and publications. Publications cannot be traced to your business: they contain no company names, websites or your own questions, and each figure covers at least five businesses. Data from your Google connections is never used for this research.

Klusio provides the service as is. You are responsible for correct use of the service and compliance with the law.

Availability

Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Liability limit

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid during the preceding three months.

Indirect loss

No liability for indirect loss, such as missed leads.

You can cancel your account through the dashboard with seven days’ notice before the next invoice date, subject to the annual-payment term in article 3 where applicable. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with the privacy policy. Klusio may terminate the service for non-payment or a breach of these terms.
