Writing Studio
An SEO content editor with your expertise built in.
The Klusio Writing Studio brings search research, sources and your business knowledge into one content editor. Choose a relevant customer question, write in your brand voice and review the draft. Internal links, publication and follow-up stay connected.
An example of the information beside a draft
Illustrative editor view, not current tax advice or a customer result: an accountant is writing about choosing between a Dutch BV and a sole proprietorship. The draft explores why a turnover or profit threshold alone is not enough, considering pension arrangements, liability and plans to sell. Any financial figure needs a current source and professional review.
| Panel | Example information |
|---|---|
| Search question | “BV or sole proprietorship”: 2,400 searches per month in this illustration. The question mainly seeks an explanation, with comparisons in positions three to six. |
| Competing pages | Seven of ten results repeat the same threshold without explaining when it does not apply. |
| Company evidence | Two anonymised calculations and one relevant client review. The fictional draft refers to 63 assessed businesses, of which 18 retained sole-trader status. These are example values, not Klusio customer data. |
| AI question gaps | The business is absent from two tracked questions about choosing a legal structure. |
| Editing scores | Coverage 82, evidence 64 and coherence 45. These example scores guide editing and predict no ranking or enquiry. |
| Materials to insert | A genuine review, a project photo, a relevant internal link or a checkable source. |
Begin with a question and a reason to answer it
The customer-question overview brings together available questions from Google, AI measurements and website chat. See whether your site already answers the question, which competitors appear and why the topic fits your offer. You can write yourself, investigate first or pass the opportunity to the Growth Engine.
You can also start with your own idea, an existing page or saved research. Before drafting, decide what useful information is missing and whether an existing page is the right place for it.
Research before the first sentence
The research builds in three stages: existing company information, fresh source and search observations, then a conclusion. The recommendation follows the available evidence. A saved investigation can be reopened later; fresh checks may still be needed if the information has changed.
- 1. Company context already available
- Existing pages and topic overlap, projects, reviews, customer questions, internal-link candidates, photos and video, relevant market news and earlier research.
- 2. Fresh observations where available
- Search terms and estimated volume, current Google results, the apparent purpose of those results, checkable sources and tracked AI questions. These sources can take longer to retrieve.
- 3. A focused recommendation
- What to explain, what to leave out, the task the reader needs help with, a suitable search term, relevant AI questions and anything the research could not establish.
Separate measurements, estimates and missing information
An illustrative search-results breakdown might contain six explanatory pages, three comparisons and one purchase or enquiry page in the top ten. That suggests an emphasis to investigate, not an instruction to copy every result or a measured result for your business.
Current, historical and missing observations stay distinguishable in the research. If a connection is unavailable, the dossier says so. A saved investigation can support another article, a LinkedIn draft or a Growth Engine opportunity; it does not remove the need to refresh time-sensitive facts.
Choose how you want to start writing
Your draft and supporting context belong in the same workspace. You can change the approach as you work, save and return later. The research stays attached to the draft.
- Start with a blank page
- Write in your own order with the research alongside it. Use the outstanding questions to see which parts you still want to cover.
- Start with an outline
- Review a suggested structure based on the research. Move, remove or add headings and decide which questions deserve space.
- Develop your own notes
- Supply your experience in words or bullet points. Klusio can help turn it into prose using the business’s brand guidance. You remain the final editor.

What the draft checks help you see
Use the checks to assess search intent, topic coverage, answer clarity, evidence, sources, internal connections and relevance to your business. A score is a guide for editing, not a guarantee of a Google position or an AI mention.
- Coverage and answers
- Which reader questions are answered, and can a reader find the answer without unnecessary explanation?
- Support for claims
- Which statements still need a relevant project, genuine review or checkable source?
- Fit with your website and business
- Which related pages belong here, and does the wording match your offer, audience, working area and experience?
Work with a colleague or regular writer
Assign a draft, discuss a paragraph, request a review before publication and inspect or restore earlier draft versions. Rights, comments, deadlines and versions remain attached to the same company account.
An existing article can also be the starting point. Klusio can retrieve the current page, examine overlap and results, and prepare a focused improvement outline. Existing content remains the reference rather than being replaced with an unrelated new article.
Bring in material only your business can supply
Projects, real client experiences and your own imagery can explain an answer more clearly than a generic description. Use material because it helps the reader, with the necessary permission and a connection to the topic.
- Projects
- Explain the location, situation, approach and result of work you actually carried out.
- Reviews
- Use genuine, relevant client experiences with a source. Keep quoted wording accurate.
- Photos and video
- Choose original media from your library and the projects it belongs to.
- External sources
- Use checkable sources with dates where needed, so a factual claim can be followed back to its basis.
Give the article a clear place on your website
Before publication, check whether the page is a main topic or a supporting explanation, whether another page already fulfils the same purpose, which internal links fit and what title, description and URL are appropriate.
After publication, you can prepare links from suitable existing pages, a related LinkedIn draft and follow-up work. The content portfolio keeps the article in the wider website overview. Any automatic change still requires the relevant connection, permissions and settings.
You remain responsible for the final content
Klusio supports the research and editing. Your knowledge and approval determine whether the final text represents your business accurately.
| You | Klusio |
|---|---|
| Choose whether the question fits the business. | Show the available opportunity evidence and its limits. |
| Supply expertise, experience and examples. | Bring together search context, sources and company material. |
| Decide what to say and how it should sound. | Help structure, check and rewrite where requested. |
| Decide what to publish and when. | Prepare the content, metadata and internal links. |
| Judge whether the result calls for more work. | Check the live page, retain the baseline and follow up. |
Publication begins the follow-up
Pressing publish is not proof that the correct content is live or that it has produced a result. Publication, confirmation and measurement remain separate steps.
- Publish through the authorised connection
- Use the agreed content, metadata, final URL and supported internal links.
- Check the live page
- Retrieve the published page and confirm that it is reachable and contains the intended work.
- Preserve the baseline
- Keep the available starting figures for relevant Google and AI questions. Missing history stays visible as missing.
- Prepare optional distribution
- Create a LinkedIn draft or identify suitable existing pages for an internal link. This preparation is separate from sending or publishing it.
- Return at an appropriate time
- Compare available results with the baseline. Visits and enquiries require valid measurement connections and applicable consent.
Write yourself or delegate suitable work
The Writing Studio fits businesses with their own expertise or writer who want research, evidence and review alongside the text. You choose the question, structure, voice and publication.
The Growth Engine is the execution route: it chooses suitable work, prepares it and can carry it out within the website’s capabilities and your approval settings. Both routes use the available company and market information. You can combine them and write personally on topics where your experience adds something important.
Clear limits on what to expect
The Writing Studio does not guarantee a search position, an AI mention or faultless writing. Publication needs a supported website connection. Visits and enquiries need their own measurement setup.
You remain responsible for professional accuracy and final editing. Writing a draft does not itself authorise automatic publication. Estimates are not presented as measured outcomes.
Find the question worth working on next
Discuss your website and the expertise you want to share. A growth scan can help identify a useful question or page to improve before you choose whether to write yourself or delegate the work.
Questions and answers
Is the Writing Studio only for AI-written text?
No. You can write the whole article yourself. Klusio can help with research, structure, checks or rewriting, while showing sources and your own business material so you can make the editorial decisions.
Can I improve an existing article?
Yes. Klusio can retrieve the current article, inspect overlap and results, and prepare a focused improvement outline. Existing content remains the starting point.
Can a colleague write or review with me?
Drafts can be assigned, discussed and reviewed. Permissions, comments, deadlines and versions remain associated with the company account.
Can I reuse research later?
Yes. Saved research can support an article, LinkedIn draft or Growth Engine opportunity. Current, historical and missing information remains distinguishable, and time-sensitive facts may need another check.
Can Klusio help choose a subject?
Yes. Start with your own idea or available search questions, gaps in tracked AI answers, market developments, declining pages, competitor observations or previous research. Review why the subject matters before drafting.
Do I get SEO and AI-visibility scores while writing?
Klusio assesses intent, coverage, answer quality, evidence, sources, internal connections and usefulness for search and AI. Scores guide editing; a high score is not a guarantee of a ranking or mention.
What happens after publication?
Klusio checks the live page, retains the available baseline, can prepare suitable internal links and distribution, and plans an appropriate follow-up. Visit and enquiry data requires valid measurement connections.
