Our editorial approach

Klusio’s own AI system helps create our SEO articles, using subject input from Sicco Dijkman. The aim is to explain our products, relevant developments and practical website work using information that readers can check. AI assistance does not remove our responsibility for what we publish.

Who contributes

Sicco Dijkman is the founder of Klusio. He began building websites at the age of twelve. Through Dijkman Design, he has built websites and provided online marketing for small and medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands. That experience informed the development of Klusio: an AI-assisted platform for improving visibility in search and AI answers and organising the work that follows.

Role
Founder of Klusio and contributor of subject knowledge for its own articles.
Experience
The company’s author profile records twenty years of experience. This is the information supplied in that profile, not an independent professional accreditation.

Recorded qualifications

The Dutch editorial profile lists a Google Ads Search certification, issued by Google, with a recorded date of 1 January 2024. Open the credential to check its holder, details and current validity. The recorded date alone does not confirm that a time-limited certification is still valid.

Press coverage

Roof Connect’s March 2026 issue of Roofs includes an article featuring Sicco Dijkman: “AI: de slimme assistent van de dakdekker” — “AI: the smart assistant for roofers”. It discusses how AI is changing work, communication and customer acquisition in the roofing sector.

Customer questions and enquiries
The article describes the digital assistant Sicco introduced to help roofers answer customer questions and receive enquiries, with the aim of saving the owner time.
Search visibility
It also describes Klusio’s use of relevant content to support a roofer’s online visibility.
Future possibilities
Ideas such as helping schedule jobs or flagging potential leaks are discussed as possible future uses of AI. They are not presented here as existing Klusio features.

How AI is used

AI can help draft and structure text, suggest improvements and check spelling. Subject knowledge and examples come from the information supplied to the writing process. Before publication, Klusio applies checks for factual consistency and alignment with its editorial instructions. These checks include automated assessment; this policy does not claim that every article has been personally reviewed by Sicco.

Corrections and questions

If you spot an inaccurate fact or have a suggestion, please tell us which article and passage you mean. Include the source or explanation that supports the correction, where available. We can then investigate the specific issue rather than leave a reader to guess which information is current.

About this policy
