Content creation and planning

Turn a relevant opportunity into useful content on your own website.

The Growth Engine selects a topic, uses your knowledge and brand voice, checks the draft and follows your plan and publishing settings. A corresponding LinkedIn Basis draft accompanies new articles.

Choose a topic
Use Google, AI, competitor findings and the existing website.
Check the content
Review relevance, facts, originality and readability.
Plan the date
Check the publishing rhythm, topic distribution and future duplicates.
Prepare LinkedIn Basis
A short draft in your style is prepared to accompany the article.

Build on your own domain

Published content stays on your website and contributes to your own knowledge base.

Use your brand voice

Company knowledge, writing examples and preferences help shape the wording.

Keep the plan visible

See what is ready, awaiting review or live, alongside its originally intended publication date.

Decide what is worth writing first

Before writing, the Growth Engine compares relevant new opportunities, existing pages that need attention and planned topics. The best-supported suitable action takes priority.

Google opportunities
New questions, pages close to a useful position and content that needs maintenance.
AI opportunities
Monitored questions and gaps identified in actual AI measurements.
Competitor opportunities
Observed differences from selected business competitors, filtered for relevance to your business.

Build the article from your business knowledge

Your offer, audience, expertise, projects, reviews, sources and Voice DNA set the boundaries. A content reviewer can make corrections or hold the draft for review before publication.

Your knowledge comes first
Connected company information provides the basis. Klusio can request brief practical input when more detail is needed.
An angle of your own
Existing content is compared to reduce repeated titles, structures and main points.
Review according to risk
Suitable content can proceed under your settings. Sensitive or insufficiently supported content is kept for review.

Use the appropriate publishing route

Website content can be published through supported CMS connections. LinkedIn Basis prepares a draft for the article. Porthos is a separate, broader LinkedIn strategy with its own schedule, image choices and approval process.

Website
New articles and updates follow your plan, connection and publishing permissions.
LinkedIn
LinkedIn Basis repurposes an article. Porthos can also plan independent posts using a wider range of growth signals.
Images when useful
Depending on the format and settings, Klusio can use company images, suggest a suitable visual or generate one. An AI image is not added indiscriminately to every piece.

Questions and answers

Does Klusio automatically publish to Instagram and Facebook?

No. The maintained automatic social publishing routes are LinkedIn Basis and Porthos. Text can be prepared for other channels, but automatic Instagram or Facebook publication is not included as a promise.

Does every post get an AI-generated image?

No. The format and settings determine the choice. Existing company images or a suggested visual may be more appropriate.

Can I change the monthly planner?

Yes. You can review, remove or reschedule planned topics. The planner checks duplicates, related topics and the originally intended publication date.
