Google review invitations

Give customers a simple way to share their experience.

After a completed job, add the customer and let Klusio handle the configured invitation. Use your own message and branding, choose the timing and follow what happens afterwards.

Why ask for a review?

A customer can be happy with the work and still forget to leave a review. A timely, straightforward invitation makes it easier to share that experience. A review profile gives prospective customers more information when comparing businesses. Invite eligible customers consistently, not only those you expect to leave a positive review.

Add the customer in the way that suits you

Use your Klusio WhatsApp assistant, the in-account AI assistant or the dashboard. Provide the name and email address, with an optional description of the work for a more personal invitation. Only invite customers you are entitled to contact.

WhatsApp
Ask your Klusio assistant to add the customer and relevant job details.
Account assistant
Explain the request in ordinary language.
Dashboard
Enter the customer directly and add the work description if useful.

Preview the invitation in your own style

The invitation represents your business and customer replies come back to you. You control the subject, message, heading, button wording and colour. AI can help draft the message.

Preview before sending
See how the invitation will appear and send a test to yourself.
Choose the delay
The default is one day; adjust it to fit your customer process.
Limit reminders
The flow sends at most one invitation and one friendly reminder per customer.

Follow the invitation without overstating attribution

The dashboard shows timestamps for sending, recorded opens and clicks through to Google. A new review appearing shortly afterwards can be shown as a likely match, not proof that a particular email caused it.

Sent
When the invitation was sent.
Opened and clicked
Available engagement signals for the email and its Google link.
A review appeared
A probable match based on available details. Google does not provide a definitive one-to-one invitation link.

Prepare a personal response

Klusio can draft a short response that refers to the review itself and suits its content and rating. Read it, adjust it if necessary and approve it. A connected Google Business Profile is required to publish the response there.

Use the experience as relevant evidence

A genuine quotation can make an article more specific when it supports the topic. The original wording and attribution must remain traceable. Reviews contribute information and trust; a new review does not prove an improvement in Google rankings or AI recommendations.

1. A customer shares an experience
An invitation after completed work gives the customer a direct route to your review page.
2. Relevant evidence supports your content
A genuine quotation can substantiate a specific experience in an article. It is not a substitute for technical evidence.
3. Your public information becomes richer
Customers and search platforms can consult current, attributable information about your work.
4. Prospective customers can assess the fit
Together with your services and other evidence, reviews can help a reader choose whom to contact. More enquiries are not guaranteed.

Keep review requests fair

Invite eligible customers consistently, without filtering by satisfaction. Every recipient must be able to opt out.

Do
Use the same invitation route, respect permission and opt-outs, and keep to the invitation and reminder limit.
Do not
Offer discounts or gifts for reviews, buy or invent reviews, screen out dissatisfied customers, or keep sending until someone responds.

Illustrative example

Illustrative workflow: after a completed bathroom renovation, a company adds the customer to Klusio, checks the invitation and uses its chosen delay. The customer follows the link to Google. A later review may be matched to the invitation with an appropriate uncertainty label.

Questions and answers

When does the invitation go out?

After your chosen delay, one day by default. The configured flow can send one reminder a few days later.

Can I change the email?

Yes. The subject, message, heading, button and colour are configurable, with a preview and a test email to yourself.

Can I see whether someone received and read it?

You can see sending and available open and click events. A recorded open or subsequent review is not definitive proof of who read the email or which invitation caused the review.

Does the workflow filter for positive reviews?

No. Invited customers receive the same route. Klusio does not offer rewards, buy reviews or filter invitations by satisfaction.
