A report you can discuss with your team
The check shows the questions, the systems that mention you and the sources they cite. It is a starting point for investigating gaps in your website or external mentions. It does not prove that changing a page will make an AI system recommend you.
- Your brand in the answers
- See how many successfully measured answers mention your brand. Unanswered requests are excluded from the percentage; the report shows the actual denominator.
- The alternatives AI recommends
- Add up to three competitors. Compare their mentions within the same answers, rather than comparing unrelated searches or markets.
- The sources behind the answers
- See cited websites and selected answer excerpts. A citation shows what a system used in this measurement; it is not a recommendation to buy a link or copy another website.
Example: a business telephony provider
Fictional illustration only, not a customer result. In this example, ten questions produced forty answers across four systems. Fourteen mention the example brand, so its mention share is 35%. At least one system mentions it for seven of the ten questions. Its strongest listed competitor appears in twenty-two answers; its own website is cited in three.
| AI system | Brand mentions | Measured answers |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | 5 | 10 |
| Perplexity | 4 | 10 |
| Gemini | 3 | 10 |
| Claude | 2 | 10 |
Which questions reveal a gap?
A combined percentage can hide useful differences. In the same fictional example, a question about choosing business telephony for fifty staff mentions the brand in three of four answers. A VoIP cost question mentions it once. A question about switching providers does not mention it at all. Open the answers and sources before deciding what to change.
| Buyer question | Answers mentioning the brand | What to investigate |
|---|---|---|
| Which business telephone system suits a company with 50 staff? | 3 of 4 | Check which capabilities and sources support the mentions. |
| What does business VoIP cost per month? | 1 of 4 | Check whether price information is clear, current and relevant. |
| What should we consider when switching telephone providers? | 0 of 4 | Read the cited sources and look for useful migration information you genuinely lack. |
Competitors and sources, with context
In the fictional report, North Telecom appears twenty-two times, the example brand fourteen times and South Telecom nine times. Source categories include comparison sites in nine answers, specialist media in six and competitor websites in five. These counts are illustrative. Your report lists the actual cited domains from your measurement.
- Read the wording
- An excerpt lets you see whether the answer describes the right service and whether a mention is relevant. Mention counts alone cannot tell you that.
- Compare like with like
- Country, question language and wording affect the answers. A Dutch question in the Netherlands and an English question in the UK are different measurements.
- Check before acting
- AI answers can contain errors. Verify any claim about your own business against your actual services, prices and conditions.
From your website to your report
You review the proposed questions before requesting the measurement. There is no account to create and no payment card to enter.
- 1. Set the scope
- Enter your website, choose the country where your customers are and choose Dutch or English for the questions. The interface and report remain English.
- 2. Review your business and questions
- Klusio reads the homepage to suggest a brand name and three unbranded buyer questions. Correct them, add competitors if useful and provide your email address. If the website cannot be read, you can enter these details yourself.
- 3. Receive the result
- Klusio expands the set to ten buyer questions and requests answers from four systems. Your report link arrives by email when the measurement is ready. Busy periods or unavailable systems can delay it.
Using the check for an agency client
Use the snapshot to discuss what a client already appears for and which questions deserve investigation. It does not grant access to their website or authorise changes. For recurring work across several clients, the AMI Agency plan separates client projects and provides branded reporting.
- Included in AMI Agency
- Three client projects, fifty questions per project across six AI systems, branded reports and three pitch scans per month.
- Price and additional projects
- €249 per month, excluding VAT. An additional client project costs €59 per month.
- Current introductory offer
- The Agency introductory offer gives 25% off the first three months for eligible starts through 31 December 2026. Check the plan page for the applicable conditions.
What happens to your details?
We use your website and business details to prepare the measurement, email your report and follow up your request. Necessary question and business context is processed through the existing AI services. Do not enter confidential information or personal information about customers in the questions. The report uses a private link and remains available for ninety days. Anyone with that link can read it, so share it deliberately.
When you want to track change over time
This free check is a snapshot across four systems. Recurring AMI plans track an agreed set of questions, sources and competitors over time. Start includes fifty questions in one country across four systems. Growth and higher plans add six-system coverage and wider scope. Research findings and implementation remain separate: agree who will make any website changes.
Questions and answers
Is the AI brand check really free?
Yes. It does not start a paid subscription or require a payment card. If the same website has a completed check for the same country and measurement language within the past thirty days, we reuse that snapshot. Its original questions, competitors and measurement date remain in the report; changes you enter do not retroactively change that measurement.
What does the check measure?
Ten unbranded buyer questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity: up to forty answers. The report shows brand mentions, the competitors you supplied, cited sources and selected answer excerpts. If a system does not answer, the denominator reflects the answers actually received.
Can I change the suggested questions?
Yes. Review and edit the three suggested questions before submitting. Use realistic buyer questions without your brand name. Klusio uses suitable unbranded questions as the starting point for a new ten-question measurement. A reused recent report keeps its original question set.
Can I check English questions for customers in the Netherlands?
Yes. Choose Netherlands as the market and English as the question language. You can also measure Dutch questions while receiving the explanation, email and report interface in English. Questions and answer excerpts retain their original language, so you can inspect what was actually measured.
When will I receive the report?
You receive a private report link by email when the measurement is complete. The confirmation page can also show progress and open the ready report. Processing time depends on the queue and the AI systems; delivery within an hour is not guaranteed.
Does a low score mean my website is bad?
No. The result applies to this question set, market, language and measurement time. AI answers vary. Read the questions and sources and verify the business facts before deciding whether a website change would help.
