Accountants and bookkeeping firms

Reach business owners who fit your firm.

You want clients who match your services, working approach and capacity. Klusio helps explain who you serve and why an entrepreneur would choose your firm. Your own specialist remains responsible for financial and tax content.

A service list does not explain why someone should switch

Bookkeeping, annual accounts and advice appear on many firms’ websites. A business owner wants to know whether changing firm will be difficult, who answers their questions and which records they must maintain. Without that explanation, firms are hard to compare.

Combine a clear speciality with practical guidance: for employers, growing Dutch limited companies (BVs), or professional-services businesses, for example. Explain the support they can expect, how the relationship begins and what you need to prepare a suitable proposal.

A customer story from trademark services

Merkenbureau Van Asselt recorded 32,500 Google impressions and 77 organic Google clicks from 25 June to 23 August 2026 (Google Search Console). These are this customer’s figures, not a sector benchmark or a forecast for your business. The statement about enquiries is Gilbert’s own account of the experience; Search Console does not count enquiries.

Previously, we received hardly any traffic through our website. Since we started using Klusio, our online visibility has clearly increased and we regularly receive enquiries through the website. Another thing I really appreciate about Klusio is the proactive thinking, and the advice and further improvements provided after getting started. For us, Klusio has brought a clear improvement in our online visibility.

Start with the client your firm wants to attract

Someone considering a switch needs clarity about support, contact, costs and transfer of records. A specialist firm can also explain issues specific to its clients. Connect supporting articles to the services you actually provide. High traffic to a general tax definition alone says little about potential new clients.

Questions a potential client could ask

Illustrative questions, not measured search volumes or current rankings. Klusio investigates which questions fit your services, audience and existing content.

Switching bookkeeper: what do I need to arrange?
Describe your transfer process, required records and who coordinates each step.
What affects the cost of an accountant for a small BV?
Explain the work and price factors without inventing a fixed fee.
What does a bookkeeping firm do for an employer?
Define payroll, monitoring and any advisory services according to your actual offer.

Build the page around your actual offer

Your services, client questions and existing explanations form the starting point. You define the knowledge and limits that Klusio should use.

Define the clients you want to help
Record the legal forms, business sizes, systems and advisory needs that fit your firm. Include capacity and exclusions so the site does not mainly attract demand for services you do not provide.
Explain the working relationship
Strengthen service pages with intake, record transfer, contact points and responsibilities. Show what the client supplies and what your firm does. This helps them assess the arrangement before asking for a quote.
Make professional review part of publication
Develop common questions using your expertise and current sources. Have the responsible specialist check tax, regulatory and financial statements. Record source and review dates and revisit material when relevant rules change.

From a client question to a useful conversation

Fictional example of a website journey. This is not a measured customer result.

The situation
The owner of a growing BV needs more support than their current bookkeeping package and annual close provide.
The website explanation
A switching guide leads to your service for BVs, with contact arrangements, responsibilities and intake.
The next step
The owner requests a meeting and describes their business and the support they need.

Show what a business owner gains from the relationship

Who answers questions, how are records transferred, and when do you discuss the figures? Your working approach gives Klusio material for practical explanations. Keep service information distinct from general financial guidance, using current information checked by your own expert.

Give the visitor a relevant next step
Show whom you serve, how intake works and what is needed for a proposal. Include an approved client comment where available. An initial enquiry can ask for legal form, business type and the help required. A full financial file belongs in an appropriate secure follow-up process.

Keep your knowledge alongside the text

The Writing Studio combines research and writing support. Use notes, explain your approach and check that the article represents your expertise accurately.

Provide your service overview, preferred client profile, anonymised intake questions, switching process and approved client comments. Specify the qualifications and registrations your firm actually holds. A bookkeeping firm and an accountancy practice do not automatically have the same professional authorisations.

You decide what appears on behalf of your business

Have financial and tax explanations checked by an appropriately qualified specialist before publication. Klusio supports writing and marketing; it does not provide personal financial advice. Do not publish client files or figures without a proper basis and permission where required.

Write yourself or delegate supported work
Use the Writing Studio with research alongside the text, or let the Growth Engine select topics and prepare content. It can publish or save for review through a supported, authorised connection, according to your settings. Choose a workflow that fits the subject and professional responsibility.
Retain your own website content
Publications on your own domain remain yours. Check the available website connection, execution permissions and plan before starting.

Measure whether you reach the right people

Review visibility for relevant firm and service questions, visits to your offer and suitable quote or meeting requests. Separate general information seekers from prospective clients where the measurement setup allows it.

Google positions and impressions, tracked AI mentions, visits and enquiries answer different questions. Enquiries require appropriate measurement. A change after publication does not establish that publication caused it.

Is this the right fit?

Firms with a defined client group, services they can explain clearly and someone available for professional review. It can also help maintain existing explanations systematically.

What needs your attention?
Unreviewed publication of tax advice is not a suitable workflow. If your firm has no capacity for new clients, focus on existing clients’ questions or a specific new speciality.

Questions and answers

Can Klusio write tax articles for us?

Klusio can help with research, structure and wording. Your own specialist must check tax claims, exceptions and current applicability. Configure publication accordingly. Public information is never a substitute for advice on an individual client’s situation.

Should we focus on local visibility?

That depends on your working area. Regional questions matter for a firm that meets clients in person. A digital firm with a clear speciality can also serve suitable entrepreneurs nationally. Let your services determine the scope.

Is there a public Klusio case from an accountancy firm?

The Van Asselt case on this page is from a trademark-services business. It demonstrates that collaboration, not an accountancy result. Discuss your firm’s approach using your own website, audience and review process.

Can this help a bookkeeping firm attract clients?

Yes, by aligning the website and content with suitable clients and services, explaining the working arrangement and answering relevant questions. An enquiry becomes a client through your intake and agreement. New-client numbers are not guaranteed.
