Consultancies

Help new clients discover the expertise your network already knows.

Your clearest explanation often comes during an introductory meeting. Klusio helps bring that knowledge to your website, where a prospective client is researching a problem and comparing advisers. Research, writing support and supported publication can continue alongside your client work.

Your network understands your value. A new client may not.

A referral brings someone to your website. They read about strategy, growth or change, but still do not know whether you understand their situation. If your offer sounds broad and your approach only becomes concrete in a conversation, the visitor has to make that connection alone.

Start with recognisable decisions. A director wants to know when restructuring support is useful. An HR manager needs help with a stalled change programme. Your website can explain what you investigate, which choices the client needs to make and what an initial engagement involves.

A customer story from trademark services

Merkenbureau Van Asselt recorded 32,500 Google impressions and 77 organic Google clicks from 25 June to 23 August 2026 (Google Search Console). These are this customer’s figures, not a sector benchmark or a forecast for your business. The statement about enquiries is Gilbert’s own account of the experience; Search Console does not count enquiries.

Previously, we received hardly any traffic through our website. Since we started using Klusio, our online visibility has clearly increased and we regularly receive enquiries through the website. Another thing I really appreciate about Klusio is the proactive thinking, and the advice and further improvements provided after getting started. For us, Klusio has brought a clear improvement in our online visibility.

How can SEO help a consultancy find clients?

A prospective client may first find your explanation of their problem, then examine your approach and decide whether a meeting is worthwhile. The question, service page and next step need to fit together. Writing generic management articles every week does little to explain which assignments you are equipped to handle.

Questions a potential client could ask

Illustrative questions, not measured search volumes or current rankings. Klusio investigates which questions fit your services, audience and existing content.

When should you bring in an organisational consultant?
Describe the signs, the limits of resolving the issue internally and what you examine in an initial assessment.
What affects the cost of support for a change programme?
Explain how scope, participants and duration influence your fee. Use only your own current price information.
How do you choose a consultancy for a family business?
Show relevant experience, the owner’s role and an approved project example.

Build the page around your actual offer

Your services, client questions and existing explanations form the starting point. You define the knowledge and limits that Klusio should use.

Choose a problem you want to be contacted about
Start with a speciality such as succession in family businesses, process improvement or change management. Define the organisations you serve, the situation you recognise and when your approach is appropriate.
Give the service page a useful foundation
Explain your approach, intake, the client’s contribution and key decisions. Improve existing explanations first. A separate page is worthwhile when it answers a distinct question; synonyms for consultancy are not a reason to create more pages.
Let practical experience support the explanation
Provide an anonymised project with the starting situation, decisions made and results you could actually establish. Klusio helps develop and connect that material. You check confidentiality, professional accuracy and the wording of the result.

From a client question to a useful conversation

Fictional example of a website journey. This is not a measured customer result.

The situation
An owner wants to delegate, but the management team has taken on little responsibility.
The website explanation
An article about ownership in a growing family business leads to your organisational-development service and a relevant project.
The next step
An introductory meeting lets the owner explain the situation. Together, you assess whether the problem, scope and working approach fit.

Use the questions from real introductory meetings

What worried the client? Which part of your approach needed explaining? What experience gave them confidence? Those questions provide useful material for the site. Klusio helps select and develop them while you remain responsible for the examples and professional position.

Give the visitor a relevant next step
Explain the organisations you work with, the problems you address and what happens in a first meeting. Include an approved project with its situation and decisions. Ask only for the information needed to judge whether a conversation is appropriate; your website can help both parties assess the fit.

Keep your knowledge alongside the text

The Writing Studio combines research and writing support. Use notes, explain your approach and check that the article represents your expertise accurately.

Useful starting material includes an intake summary without personal data, recurring objections, your method and a project you have permission to publish. State which organisations and assignments you do not want to take on.

You decide what appears on behalf of your business

Client files, strategic information and confidential figures are not automatically public source material. Decide what can be shared in advance. Mention methods, certifications and results only when you can substantiate them.

Write yourself or delegate supported work
Use the Writing Studio with research alongside the text, or let the Growth Engine select topics and prepare content. It can publish or save for review through a supported, authorised connection, according to your settings. Choose a workflow that fits the subject and professional responsibility.
Retain your own website content
Publications on your own domain remain yours. Check the available website connection, execution permissions and plan before starting.

Measure whether you reach the right people

Track visibility for questions around your speciality and which service pages people visit next. For enquiries, record whether the organisation, problem and assignment size fit. A few relevant introductory conversations can be more valuable than a large audience for general management tips.

Google positions and impressions, tracked AI mentions, visits and enquiries answer different questions. Enquiries require appropriate measurement. A change after publication does not establish that publication caused it.

Is this the right fit?

Specialist advisers and consultancies with a defined audience and practical knowledge to contribute. A partner or marketer can also write with research alongside the text.

What needs your attention?
If your offer is still aimed at everyone, first clarify the audience and service. Klusio supports marketing; your consultancy remains responsible for its proposition and professional method.

Questions and answers

Does this work for an independent consultant?

Yes, when you have a recognisable speciality, your own website and a defined audience. You can write in the Writing Studio or let Klusio handle supported work within your settings. Useful first-hand input matters more than the size of the consultancy.

Must I write articles myself every week?

You choose your role. Provide knowledge and examples, review a draft or write with research alongside it. Automatic publication requires a supported, authorised website connection and appropriate settings.

Can I reach clients across the Netherlands?

Content can address a national audience. Location matters when it is relevant to your service. Klusio does not guarantee rankings or consulting assignments; use the available measurements to assess progress.

Can this help if most work comes through my network?

Yes. Questions and objections from those conversations can become explanations that people outside your existing network can find. Klusio supports the content work; your consultancy handles follow-up, meetings and selling the engagement.
