Recruitment agencies

Show employers how you recruit for the roles they need to fill.

You want employers with assignments that fit your speciality. Klusio helps make your knowledge of roles, sectors and recruitment visible before an employer decides which agency to approach. This approach focuses on new business for your agency.

More job-page visitors does not necessarily mean more clients

A recruitment site serves candidates and employers. When all content focuses on applying for jobs, employers may still be unsure about the agency’s experience and when its approach adds value.

Start the employer journey with a real need: a hard-to-fill role, an overloaded internal recruiter or a specialist search. Explain your niche, process, agreements and relevant placements so an employer can compare agencies.

A customer story from trademark services

Merkenbureau Van Asselt recorded 32,500 Google impressions and 77 organic Google clicks from 25 June to 23 August 2026 (Google Search Console). These are this customer’s figures, not a sector benchmark or a forecast for your business. The statement about enquiries is Gilbert’s own account of the experience; Search Console does not count enquiries.

Previously, we received hardly any traffic through our website. Since we started using Klusio, our online visibility has clearly increased and we regularly receive enquiries through the website. Another thing I really appreciate about Klusio is the proactive thinking, and the advice and further improvements provided after getting started. For us, Klusio has brought a clear improvement in our online visibility.

Help an employer find and assess your agency

Recruitment marketing often means attracting candidates. Client acquisition has a different purpose: helping an employer decide whether to entrust you with a search. SEO can support that journey through a clear niche, a concrete working method and guidance on choosing recruitment support.

Questions a potential client could ask

Illustrative questions, not measured search volumes or current rankings. Klusio investigates which questions fit your services, audience and existing content.

Outsourcing recruitment for a finance role
Explain role knowledge, intake and selection criteria for a niche you actually serve.
What does a recruitment agency cost an employer?
Explain your own fee model, agreements and possible additional costs.
When should you choose retained search?
Compare the process with your other services and explain which assignments it suits.

Build the page around your actual offer

Your services, client questions and existing explanations form the starting point. You define the knowledge and limits that Klusio should use.

Give employers a separate route
Choose the roles, seniority levels and sectors where you have demonstrable experience. Candidate guidance can remain useful, with a separate destination from guidance on engaging the agency.
Explain what working together involves
Describe intake, search, selection, updates and placement agreements. Show what you need from the employer and where your influence ends. Use role knowledge instead of broad promises about finding the best candidates.
Use approved placements as evidence
Explain what made a role difficult, how you clarified the brief and which approach followed. Publish timing or results only when you are allowed to use them. Klusio helps develop that knowledge and connect it with your services.

From a client question to a useful conversation

Fictional example of a website journey. This is not a measured customer result.

The situation
An employer needs a finance professional, but its own recruitment has produced few suitable responses.
The website explanation
A specialist recruitment article leads to your finance service, with intake, selection and an approved assignment.
The next step
Your consultant discusses the role, the reason for hiring and the proposed working arrangement in a briefing.

Show the role knowledge behind your niche

Which questions do you ask at intake? Why are two apparently similar vacancies different? What must the employer clarify first? Klusio helps develop that knowledge into employer-facing content. Your consultants check professional accuracy and confidentiality.

Give the visitor a relevant next step
Provide an employer route with specialities, process and an invitation to discuss a hiring need. CV submission belongs in the candidate journey. Ask a potential client about the role, organisation and reason for hiring so the right consultant can follow up.

Keep your knowledge alongside the text

The Writing Studio combines research and writing support. Use notes, explain your approach and check that the article represents your expertise accurately.

Provide specialities, employer questions, intake and contractual arrangements. Describe approved placements without unnecessary personal data. Define the roles, sectors and regions you serve, and the enquiries that are outside your scope.

You decide what appears on behalf of your business

Do not use CVs, identifiable individuals’ salaries or confidential vacancies as public source material. Hiring-speed, guarantee and candidate-quality claims must match evidence and agreements. Klusio does not select or assess candidates for you.

Write yourself or delegate supported work
Use the Writing Studio with research alongside the text, or let the Growth Engine select topics and prepare content. It can publish or save for review through a supported, authorised connection, according to your settings. Choose a workflow that fits the subject and professional responsibility.
Retain your own website content
Publications on your own domain remain yours. Check the available website connection, execution permissions and plan before starting.

Measure whether you reach the right people

Separate candidate and employer traffic where your setup permits it. Follow employer-service visits, briefings and meeting requests, then assess whether the role and assignment fit your niche. Applications and new client assignments are different outcomes.

Google positions and impressions, tracked AI mentions, visits and enquiries answer different questions. Enquiries require appropriate measurement. A change after publication does not establish that publication caused it.

Is this the right fit?

Specialist recruitment, executive-search and recruitment businesses with a clear employer proposition. Particularly useful when knowledge about roles and selection is currently confined to intake conversations.

What needs your attention?
Ongoing SEO content is not the complete answer to an immediate need for candidates. Job distribution, outreach or advertising may be needed separately. This approach strengthens the agency’s visibility and the explanation of its services.

Questions and answers

Is this aimed at employers or candidates?

Employers buying recruitment support. That is a different intent from job seeking. Make the intended audience clear in the site structure, content plan and measurement.

Can Klusio manage job vacancies automatically?

This approach concerns marketing content for your agency. It does not promise ATS integration, vacancy management or candidate selection. Check website compatibility and publication support separately.

Can we focus on one niche?

Yes. A role category, seniority level or sector where you have real experience gives the content direction. Develop employer questions and relevant projects instead of creating pages for every occupation.

Does this support client acquisition?

It supports inbound acquisition: employers discover relevant guidance and explore your offer. Your agency handles contact and briefing. It is not a candidate campaign, calling service or guarantee of recruitment assignments.
