Trustoo alternative

Give your reviews and expertise a useful home on your own website.

Trustoo helps people discover and contact businesses. Klusio connects search research, website improvements and visitor questions on your own domain. If you are reviewing your acquisition costs, look at both the requests you receive and the website you are building for future customers.

What each route is designed to do

Trustoo’s company registration page presents business profiles and customer enquiries. Its offering should not be reduced to collecting reviews. Source checked on 21 October 2026. Ask Trustoo for the current services, charges and conditions relevant to your business.

Three questions behind a decision to change

You may want fewer unsuitable enquiries, a clearer story about your business or more control over your website. Those are different problems and do not all call for the same remedy.

Are the enquiries profitable?
Include the time spent responding and preparing quotations. Review fit, won jobs and margin before calling a source expensive or cheap.
Can people understand your difference?
Explain the type of work you do well, who it suits and what happens after someone contacts you. Price is not the only decision factor.
Does the website deserve their trust?
Use accurate service details, genuine projects and relevant reviews. Remove old prices or guarantees that no longer apply.

Search content, a helpful assistant and real reviews

These three parts have different jobs. Search content answers a question before contact. An assistant helps someone understand your offer. A review provides a customer’s experience. None is a substitute for a truthful description of what you can deliver.

SEO and useful content
Answer specific service questions and improve existing pages where they are incomplete. Avoid several pages competing to answer the same thing.
Website conversations
The chatbot can respond from configured business knowledge and collect an enquiry. Human follow-up remains necessary.
Review evidence
Use authorised, genuine reviews in a relevant context. Preserve their meaning and do not imply that another customer will necessarily have the same outcome.

From a customer question to work on your website

The Growth Engine connects research to execution. It examines your services, working area, existing pages and available search evidence before selecting the next suitable improvement. A new article is useful only when it answers a distinct question; an existing page may need attention first.

Find a relevant question
Compare the observed search results with your existing coverage. Keep the source and period with the recommendation.
Prepare the actual change
Use your business knowledge, real projects and current conditions. Show the current wording, proposed text, placement and reason for the change.
Publish through the agreed route
Use the supported website connection and your approval settings. Where direct execution is unavailable, prepare the selected changes for your developer.
Check what changed
Verify the live work, then follow impressions, clicks and recorded enquiries separately. An approval or publication is not evidence of a new customer.

Compare the cost of work you actually win

Use a single reporting period and count relevant enquiries, paid jobs and the margin those jobs leave after execution. Include the time spent replying, quoting and travelling. Platform charges and a website subscription pay for different work, so equal spending does not imply equal results.

Direct channel cost
Use your actual invoices and charges. Avoid treating an example lead price as a universal platform tariff.
Time and conversion
Track responses, quotations, unsuitable requests and won jobs. A cheap enquiry that does not fit can still be expensive to handle.
Website investment
Include the Klusio plan, any website work and your team’s input. Allow for the time needed to build useful content and assess search results.

Build the new channel without discarding useful work

Keep profitable sources of work while improving your own website. Use these phases as a checklist, not a promise that leads will arrive in a particular week. The starting point, competition, website access and available knowledge affect the pace.

1. Establish the baseline
Record existing enquiries, acquisition spending and won jobs over a defined period. Identify the services and regions you actually want to grow.
2. Strengthen the website
Check service pages, projects, reviews and the contact route. Prepare missing answers and carry out authorised changes through the available connection.
3. Follow relevant enquiries
Record where each enquiry came from, whether it fits and whether it becomes a paid job. Compare like-for-like periods and account for seasonal demand.
4. Adjust on evidence
Reduce a paid channel only when you can justify the change from demand, margin and available capacity. Keep a useful channel if it continues to contribute.

Customer evidence: Prak Gevelrenovatie

The published Prak case records 1,378 Google clicks from 5 July to 2 October 2026, compared with 283 in the corresponding period a year earlier. Approximately 75% of those clicks went to Klusio articles. Source: Google Search Console, reproduced in the customer case.

These are website clicks, not a count of won jobs. The comparison does not show that Prak replaced a particular platform or prove that every change was caused by Klusio. Read the implementation and measurement details before relating the result to your own business.

What the subscription includes

Groei Start costs €199 per month excluding VAT. The plan pays for a recurring rhythm of selected improvements, not a promised number of customers or weekly articles. The AI Lead-Chatbot is an optional add-on to Start and included from Groei Pro (€399 per month). Monthly billing is cancellable monthly; an annual prepaid term lasts twelve months. Check the plan details, usage scope and any additional work before ordering. Published content remains on your own website when the Klusio service ends. Paid services such as new work, monitoring and the hosted chatbot stop according to your subscription. Existing search positions and traffic are not guaranteed to continue: competitors, search systems and your own website can change.

Discuss your own website and workload

In a 30-minute demo, Sicco can show the research, proposed work and available integration for your business. Bring the services you want to promote and the work you can realistically take on. You can also request a free growth scan before deciding. Neither route starts a subscription or authorises publication.

Questions and answers

Is Klusio an alternative to Trustoo?

It is an alternative investment in acquiring customers, with a different workflow. Klusio improves your own website and visibility rather than supplying the same platform service. Compare what you need before choosing.

Can I keep Trustoo while using Klusio?

Yes. A useful platform presence can coexist with a stronger website. Keep track of each source and decide from suitable enquiries and won work. There is no requirement to cancel Trustoo to use Klusio.

How soon can Klusio produce results?

A configured chatbot can help existing visitors after activation. Organic discovery and enquiries take different amounts of time on different websites. The growth guarantee is available only on Groei Marktleider and Klusio Partner with Klusio running fully on autopilot. It does not apply to Groei Start, Groei Pro, self-managed execution or a workflow requiring approval before publication. The comparison uses 30 complete days of organic Google impressions and clicks after the first successful Klusio publication against the preceding 30 days in Search Console. If neither increases and the conditions are met, the first paid month’s subscription fee is refundable. Enquiries, revenue, rankings and AI mentions are not substitute guarantee measures.

What does Klusio cost?

Groei Start costs €199 per month excluding VAT. The plan pays for a recurring rhythm of selected improvements, not a promised number of customers or weekly articles. The AI Lead-Chatbot is an optional add-on to Start and included from Groei Pro (€399 per month). Monthly billing is cancellable monthly; an annual prepaid term lasts twelve months. Check the plan details, usage scope and any additional work before ordering.

What if I do not have a website?

Klusio works on your own website. If you do not have one, discuss a separate website project and its cost first. If you already have a site, we check the supported connection, editable areas and permissions. Some work can be executed directly; other changes need a complete brief for your developer.
