Google Business Profile posts

Your article is live. Keep your Google profile up to date too.

Klusio turns a suitable published article into a short Google update with text, an available blog image and a link to the article. Review it first or authorise automatic posting. You choose the profile, workflow and limits.

From an article to a Google update

The example uses a fictional estate agency and an article about preparing a home for sale. Move through the steps to see the difference between a draft, a submitted post and a confirmed live post. Nothing is sent to Google.

Website article: Getting your home ready to sell

Selling your home starts before the first viewing. What should you improve, what can you leave as it is, and how do you make a good first impression? Read our practical preparation guide.

The real post would link to the published article and use the available blog image.

  1. Draft prepared
  2. Submitted to Google
  3. Confirmed live by Google

Example only. These controls never publish anything.

Illustrative settings

Your profile, your posting rhythm.

Weekly maximum

Monthly maximum

In this example, automatic posts must fit within both limits.

Illustrative values, not your account settings. Changing the example does not save anything.

What customers see on your Google profile

Reviews, photos, opening hours and updates all help explain the business. The original Dutch film shows these parts of Klusio’s Google Business Profile workflow. Posting articles as profile updates is a separate setting that you can turn on or off.

Review requests
After a completed job, you can add an eligible customer through WhatsApp and the configured review invitation workflow. Only invite customers you are entitled to contact. Where Google does not provide a definitive invitation-to-review link, attribution is a likely match.

Four steps from publication to sharing

Your website article already answers a customer question. Klusio prepares a concise update for people viewing your business on Google.

1. Select your business profile
Connect Google and check the business and location. You need permission to manage the profile, and the profile must support posts and comply with Google’s conditions.
2. Prepare the update
After the article is published, Klusio prepares a short post with a link and the available blog image.
3. Choose how it is posted
Review and publish manually, or enable automatic posting with your chosen weekly and monthly limits.
4. Check the result
Follow the status in Klusio. After Google confirms the post is live, open the business profile from that confirmation. Submission alone is not confirmed publication.

Keep automatic posting within your limits

Automatic sharing is optional. Set a maximum per calendar week and per calendar month. The week runs from Monday through Sunday. An automatic post waits when either limit has been reached. Manual posting remains a separate choice.

Your choice
Decide whether to inspect and publish each post yourself or enable automatic posting.
Both limits apply
A weekly allowance does not override an exhausted monthly allowance.
No ranking promise
Posts give visitors current information and a route to your website. Posting does not guarantee a higher Google position.
