LinkedIn content service

Have your LinkedIn posts prepared. Keep the decision to publish.

Porthos takes relevant subjects from your strategy, drafts in your configured voice and prepares a post for review. Your website articles, customer questions and real projects provide the substance. You choose what belongs on your LinkedIn profile or connected company page.

Why regular LinkedIn posting slips down the list

A busy week can interrupt a posting habit even when you know your subject well. The difficult part is often deciding what to discuss and gathering the right material, rather than writing the first sentence. If that preparation is missing, the calendar stays empty.

Useful, relevant posts give your network something concrete to remember and share. Porthos prepares a stock of proposals so you can review the subject, explanation and image together. Consistency still depends on your decisions, the available material and the chosen schedule.

What having the preparation done changes

The value is a usable proposal with a reason. A draft is not a promise of reach, ranking or new business.

Less preparation for each post
Start with a researched subject and draft rather than a blank screen.
A connection with your business
Use the same service knowledge and relevant questions that support the website, adapted for a LinkedIn audience.
Control of your own account
Check the facts, text and image. Publish or schedule only when the proposal represents your business accurately.

Four steps from subject to post

Porthos prepares the work and retains its status. Your review and publication action remain part of the process. Additional LinkedIn statistics depend on official access.

1. Select a suitable topic
Porthos weighs the available business and search signals and prepares a mix of relevant subjects. Each proposed post carries a reason for its selection.
2. Write in your style
The draft uses your configured writing style, examples and rules. It includes an angle, text and purpose that you can inspect.
3. Add appropriate imagery
Porthos first looks for a relevant image in your own media library or available blog images. AI imagery is optional where suitable; a real project or result needs real evidence.
4. Review, schedule or publish
Check the preview, text, source and image. Edit what you need and take the publishing or scheduling action through your officially connected LinkedIn account.

Everything you need to review in one place

The preview shows the proposed post beside the reason and editable text. The final LinkedIn rendering may depend on the format and platform; inspect the actual published result as well.

See the proposed result
Check the text and image in the LinkedIn preview before publication.
Understand why it was chosen
Inspect the source article or signal and the purpose of the post.
Move through the stock
Browse proposals using the navigation and reject a subject that does not fit.
Edit directly
Refine the wording with the character counter visible. Your own facts and meaning take priority over filling a format.

Find prepared, scheduled and published posts again

The library keeps the stock of work together. Search and filter by type, status or keyword; give a short instruction when a draft needs rewriting. Preparation can replenish the stock within the configured process, while you retain the final decision on each publication.

Subjects come from your actual work and questions

The primary signals are relevant searches, questions customers ask and observed gaps in AI answers. Existing articles and real projects add source material. A missing AI mention suggests a question to investigate, not proof that a LinkedIn post will solve it.

Search questions
Relevant keywords and customer questions from your research and available Search Console data.
Customer questions
Questions from customers, quotations, configured website conversations and your own frequently asked questions.
Recorded AI visibility gaps
Relevant questions where a competitor appears in a checked answer and your business does not. Inspect the answer and context before treating the topic as an opportunity.
New website content
A useful point from a published article that deserves its own introduction for a LinkedIn audience.
Real projects
Your own work, photographs and evidence, used with permission and without inventing a result.
Topics already attracting interest
Relevant website topics with observed activity that may merit a useful social post. Website activity does not predict LinkedIn reach.

An illustrative post, with a clear reason

Example reason: customers ask how the cost of your service is determined, and the website needs a clearer answer. A LinkedIn post can introduce that explanation and link to the useful page. This is a fictional example, not a published customer post or measured result.

Why can two quotations for the same job look so different? Before comparing the totals, check what each includes: the preparation, the materials and the work needed on site. Those details are worth discussing before you choose.

Illustrative business postAdapt the subject to the actual service and evidence. Use an authorised photograph that genuinely illustrates the work.

LinkedIn Basis and Porthos have different jobs

LinkedIn Basis reuses newly published content. Porthos also prepares independent topics, so LinkedIn planning does not depend entirely on the next blog. Activating Porthos does not remove blog-based topics.

Use expertise to give readers a reason to trust you

Repeated useful explanations can help readers understand your expertise. A post can also introduce a relevant website article and bring readers to it. Track what happens rather than assuming a direct ranking benefit from social traffic.

AI systems may encounter public information through different sources. A LinkedIn post does not guarantee that your business will be mentioned, and you cannot infer a source without seeing it cited. Keep website measurement, LinkedIn reach, recorded AI answers and commercial enquiries separate.

Become recognisable for a relevant subject
Share useful decisions, explanations and real work, rather than repeating the same promotional claim.
Give an article a relevant introduction
Explain why the linked page helps a reader and use a destination that delivers on that promise.
Keep evidence genuine
Numbers, customer names and project results need support from your own sources. Do not invent a case to make a post more persuasive.

The media library uses your own photographs

Upload several photos together and follow progress per file. Klusio can draft descriptions for the images; review and edit them where necessary. You can also import available photos from your website. Porthos then looks for an image that fits the actual subject.

Your people and work
Examples include an employee at a customer site, a team discussion or a completed project. Use only material you have permission to publish.
Descriptions remain editable
An automatic description can be wrong. Correct the subject, project context or permitted use before relying on it.
Real results need real evidence
If a proposal claims a customer outcome, supply the appropriate real photo and source information. An invented image must not be passed off as that project.
Optional AI imagery
A suitable illustrative image is a separate route and may consume credits. It is not a substitute for proof of a real event.

What Porthos deliberately does not do

The workflow concerns content preparation and authorised publication through the official connection. It is not a tool for unattended activity across your LinkedIn network.

No automated connection requests
Porthos does not send connection invitations to build a network for you.
No automated likes or comments
It does not use a scraper or browser robot to interact with other people’s posts.
No invented customer evidence
Names, figures, prices and project outcomes must be grounded in your supplied sources. Review them before publishing.
No publication without your action
A prepared post is not live. Review, schedule or publish through the connected account. A connection or permission failure is distinct from a confirmed publication.
No universal analytics promise
Planning and publication status are retained. Reach, reactions, clicks and other LinkedIn statistics are only available when the account and app have the required official access.

A personal story starts with you

Personal experiences and opinions must come from what you actually think or experienced. Porthos does not independently add a first-person story to the regular topic plan. When you choose that type, your previous answers and examples can help prepare a draft for you to finish.

You can request practical advice, highlight an existing project, or explicitly choose a personal story or opinion. Do not treat automatic preparation of professional topics as automatic approval to publish them.

Start with your website and market

The growth scan considers relevant search questions, competing pages, available AI answers and your own coverage. Discuss which subjects could make useful LinkedIn posts and website explanations. A scan does not publish anything or book an appointment.

Questions and answers

Does Porthos automatically publish on my LinkedIn account?

No. It prepares the post. In the dashboard you review the text and image, edit them and take the scheduling or publication action. A draft is not a confirmed live post.

Is this a tool for automatic connection requests?

No. Porthos does not send connection requests, automate comments or use a scraping browser robot. Publication uses the official LinkedIn connection.

Where do the topics come from?

Relevant keywords, real customer questions, observed AI visibility gaps, published website articles and your completed projects. The reason for the selection remains with each proposal.

Will the posts sound like me?

Your writing style, examples and rules guide the draft. You can import your own LinkedIn export and refine the instructions. Review the result; a style setting is not a guarantee that every first draft needs no edits.

Does Porthos invent customer stories or results?

Names, figures and outcomes must come from supplied evidence. A proposal that needs a real project photo should request it rather than inventing a project. Check those details before publication.

How is this different from LinkedIn Basis?

Basis creates up to two posts a week from newly published articles. Porthos also selects independent subjects and maintains a library and schedule, including weeks without a new blog.

Is Porthos included in my plan?

Porthos is included in Groei Marktleider and Klusio Partner. With Groei Start or Groei Pro, add the module for €50 per month excluding VAT. LinkedIn Basis remains part of every growth plan. Review the current plan table and subscription conditions; optional AI image generation may use additional credits.

How much work remains for me?

Review the subject, facts, wording and image, provide missing evidence and decide when to publish. The time depends on the post and how complete your input is; you choose the posting rhythm.
