How to read this comparison
Prepared by Klusio, not an independent reviewer. Vendor descriptions were checked on 21 October 2026 using the sources below. This is a product-scope comparison, not a performance test.
Prices retain the provider’s currency and billing basis. Confirm tax, limits, renewals and the final offer. “Not assessed” means this review did not establish the feature; it does not mean the feature is unavailable.
Side by side
Compare the same question set, countries, systems and responsibilities. AMI prices and allowances come from Klusio’s current plan configuration; the linked plan page explains billing and availability.
| Topic | Ceyo | Klusio AMI |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Core $39, Grow $119 and Pro+ $399 per month when billed yearly; displayed US-dollar prices. | Start €149, Growth (Groei) €349, Pro €499, Agency (Bureau) €249 per month, excluding VAT. Monthly and annual billing have different terms. |
| Questions tracked | 30, 125 or 500 prompts per day, depending on plan. | 50, 150 or 400 tracked buyer questions. Agency includes 50 per client project. |
| Measurement frequency | Daily refresh. | Weekly by default; high-priority questions can be daily. Per-question settings and the initial baseline schedule determine the actual cadence. |
| AI systems | Two, three or four included systems; additional models are plan-dependent add-ons. | Start: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Growth and higher: also Claude and Google AI Mode. |
| Markets and languages | One country with Core; unlimited countries from Grow. | 1, 3 or 5 domains/market setups. Agency: 3 separate client projects, each with one country. |
| Brand-fact checking | Ask for a demonstration against your own approved facts; this comparison does not establish equivalence with AMI’s fact-checking workflow. | Checks against your recorded business facts from Growth. Inspect the claim, quotation and original answer; input facts still need verification. |
| Sources cited by AI | Citation and source monitoring. | Cited sources per question, grouped into directories/comparisons, guides, media, communities and other source types. |
| Sentiment | Brand sentiment analysis. | The tone of brand mentions, with the question, system and supporting excerpt. |
| Work for your team | Actions and technical/content agents. The pricing table and FAQ differ on agent eligibility; confirm the selected plan. | A prioritised selection of supported actions, with notification options. A proposal is separate from execution and measured impact. |
| MCP access | A dedicated MCP server is documented. Check access and action permissions for your plan. | Read-only AMI MCP access in every AMI plan. Wider website write tools require separate, explicitly granted permissions. |
| Support and interface | Email on Core, email and chat on Grow/Pro+; Enterprise dedicated support. Agree the working language. | Dutch support and account interface. Discuss English-speaking assistance before choosing a plan. |
| Trying the workflow | Fourteen-day trial advertised for agency plans. | Free AI brand check without a paid account. Report delivery depends on processing; no fixed one-hour promise. |
What you can do with AMI
AMI can be used independently by your team or agency. Website execution is a separate responsibility. The following functions are subject to the plan and permissions described in the comparison.
- Check what AI says about your business
- Record approved facts such as services, locations and prices. From Growth, inspect discrepancies with the quotation and original answer before deciding whether a correction is needed.
- Turn cited sources into research tasks
- See which guides, directories, media and communities appear for a relevant question. Investigate whether an accurate listing, useful contribution or external mention is appropriate. Inclusion cannot be guaranteed.
- Give the team a supported next step
- Review a short selection of relevant actions and their evidence. Slack, Teams and email can bring permitted notifications into your workflow. A weekly selection need not contain three actions if fewer are sufficiently supported.
- Use the language of the market
- Track realistic buyer questions for the selected country and question language. English-speaking teams in the Netherlands can investigate Dutch or English customer questions without translating the original answers.
- Inspect dated answers across systems
- Start covers four systems; Growth and higher cover six. Keep question wording, country, language and measurement frequency comparable when reading a trend.
- Connect research to execution
- An active Growth Engine can consider suitable findings alongside other website work. Direct changes require a supported connection and permission; other work goes to your team or developer with a brief.
A customer example, with its original limits
In the Choice Kozijnen case, a saved ChatGPT answer names Choice first for “Who can replace my windows in Lisse?”. The case dates this observation to July 2026. It is one historical answer, not a permanent position or a comparison of these software products.
A separate source image labelled “Generative AI features” records 9,850 Google impressions in a three-month view, exported on 1 September 2026 according to the case. Those impressions must not be added to ordinary Google totals or treated as AI referrals, enquiries or sales. The full case keeps the evidence and periods separate.
Which workflow fits your team?
Your existing tools, capacity and need for evidence determine the useful choice. A larger feature count alone does not settle it.
- When to investigate Ceyo
- Consider Ceyo when daily prompt monitoring and an agency-oriented multi-project workflow fit your process. Ask it to show the exact agent and approval capabilities included in your selected plan.
- When to investigate AMI
- Consider AMI when you want to investigate buyer questions, verify brand facts and give a Netherlands-focused team a supported action. Check the question language, project scope and execution responsibilities.
Bringing your existing questions into AMI
You can bring your existing questions and competitors into onboarding. Klusio’s Ceyo import uses a Ceyo API key where your plan provides API access. Supply credentials only through the authenticated setup, never in a public form or chat.
Check for duplicates, ambiguous wording and questions that name your own business. Keep branded fact checks separate from unbranded buyer questions. Review the initial answer set before using it as a baseline.
See an initial answer set before choosing
The free AI brand check provides ten buyer questions across four systems without a paid account. Read the questions, original answers and measurement date before deciding whether recurring monitoring is useful. It does not promise a future recommendation or website change.

Questions and answers
Are prompts per day the same as tracked buyer questions?
No. Compare unique questions, selected systems and how often each is repeated. A daily answer count is different from the number of distinct customer questions being followed. Use the same market and question set to compare coverage.
Does AMI only measure weekly?
No. Weekly is the default; high-priority questions can be daily, and individual question settings can change the cadence. The initial baseline has its own schedule. Inspect the configured frequency rather than assuming every question runs at the same time.
Can we compare both on our own questions?
Yes. Start with realistic unbranded buyer questions in the same market and language. Record the measurement times and system coverage. Differences between two answers alone do not prove which tool is more accurate.
How reliable is an AMI measurement?
It records an answer for a specific question, system, country, language and date. AI answers vary. Read the stored answer and compare equivalent measurements over time; a single answer is not a stable market ranking. A failed measurement is different from a completed answer that does not name the business.
How quickly can we get started?
The free brand check gives an initial snapshot when processing is complete. Recurring monitoring needs an agreed question set, competitors, markets and permissions. Pro and Agency include help with setup. The time needed depends on the information and decisions available; instant setup or delivery within an hour is not guaranteed.
