Earn relevant mentions
A relevant approach, with a follow-up you can track.
Klusio finds possible websites, weighs their relevance and prepares a specific request. You review and send it. A request is only a verified result when the reference is actually found online.
Start with the sources that fit your market
Possible targets come from several sources. Each still needs a relevance and feasibility check before you contact it.
- Sources cited by AI
- Websites that appear in measured answers to your tracked customer questions.
- Competitor references
- Referring websites found in the available competitor link data.
- Your customer network
- Customers with a relevant website and a genuine reason to discuss your work.
- Directories and publications
- Suitable trade, regional and business websites with a real route for inclusion.
Weigh usefulness against effort
Klusio gives a target an estimated value from 1 to 5 and identifies the likely route: a profile, directory listing, editorial contribution or customer reference. Available source counts and dates help explain the choice.
A large platform is not automatically the best next step. A smaller specialist publication with the right readership and a practical contact route may be a better fit. The score prioritises investigation; it does not promise a placement.
Review the draft before it leaves your email account
Klusio reads the target website and looks for an actual email address or contact page. The draft draws on your business knowledge and makes one clear request. It does not invent a contact address, a relationship or a customer result.
The email action opens your own mail application. You can adjust the wording and decide whether to send. If the website offers only a contact form, use that route or a contact you already know.
Keep the follow-up tied to what happened
Record the sent request in Klusio. After ten days without a recorded reply, it appears again for attention. A recorded reply creates a shorter three-day follow-up so an active conversation does not get lost.
Record replies, agreements and subsequent actions. A reminder depends on those records; it is not proof that the recipient received or read the email.
Verify the placement
When you report that a reference is published, Klusio checks the destination page. A found mention can then contribute to the Authority Index. If it later disappears, the target returns for attention.
Prepared, sent and reported as placed remain separate from verified live. This keeps the pipeline useful without presenting unfinished work as a result.
Where to find it in Klusio
In “Autoriteit → Opvolgen”, the follow-up view groups items needing attention today, websites not yet contacted, active conversations and placements. Open a target for its estimated value, rationale and available contact route.
The scheduled processing reconsiders the priorities. Where available, “Nu laten beoordelen” lets you request a fresh assessment. Reviewing a target does not send a message.

Questions and answers
Does Klusio send these outreach emails automatically?
No. This workflow prepares the message for your own email application. You review it and send it yourself. Other Klusio communication features have their own settings and permissions.
How many requests should I send?
Choose a manageable number of genuinely suitable approaches. Three in a week is an illustrative starting rhythm, not a requirement or a promise of results. Relevance and useful follow-up matter more than volume.
What if there is no email address?
Use the published contact form or a genuine contact you already have. Klusio should not fill the gap with an invented address.
