Reviews and case studies
Make your real work part of the explanation.
A finished project and a satisfied customer can provide useful evidence, but that experience often never reaches the website. Klusio helps connect relevant reviews and project details to the services you want to explain.
Find the evidence gap for each topic
A general review saying that you provided good service tells a reader less about a particular job than a relevant description of that job. For a façade repair page, for example, a customer’s account of the work and outcome may help explain your approach. Do not add a technical conclusion the review does not support.
Illustrative comparison: one topic has 51 tracked questions, 54 articles, seven reviews and one documented project; another has 30 questions and 50 articles but no relevant reviews. Those invented counts demonstrate an evidence gap. They are not customer results or a target number of articles.
Ask for an honest review at a relevant moment
Where a topic lacks customer evidence, Klusio can prepare a review request connected to a recent relevant project. The draft can use a known review link; you check the context and decide whether to send it.
Ask for honest feedback, not a positive rating or a prescribed claim. A review must describe the customer’s real experience. A weakly related review should not be treated as proof for a specialist statement.
Turn a documented project into a useful case study
Gather the original question, your approach and the outcome you can substantiate. Add suitable project photos and relevant reviews from the available library. The result should explain what happened, not invent a success story to fill an empty section.
Klusio can prepare page blocks for review. Execution follows the supported website connection or a clear brief for your developer. Keep preparation, publication, live verification, indexing checks and subsequent measurement separate. A published case is not guaranteed to be indexed or cited by AI.
Reuse the experience in a LinkedIn draft
A real project can also support a focused LinkedIn post. Klusio can prepare the text using the supplied facts without adding invented metrics. In this draft workflow you review, copy and publish the post yourself.
A connected publishing workflow, such as Porthos, is a separate route with its own settings and permissions. Preparing a draft is not permission to publish it.
Use the evidence where it belongs
Relevant reviews and project material contribute to the evidence component of the Authority Index. They can also support a specific outreach request when a publisher has a reason to cover the work.
The evidence should make the explanation more credible and useful. It should not be added merely to raise a score, and a customer quote must not be stretched into a guarantee.
Where to find it in Klusio
The Growth Engine’s topics show where supporting knowledge is missing. Decisions can include review requests and LinkedIn drafts. Page proposals hold the prepared case content and its execution status. Dutch account labels may include “Onderwerpen”, “Beslissingen” and “Paginavoorstellen”.

Questions and answers
Can Klusio use my existing Google and Trustpilot reviews?
Where the relevant source is connected and the review is available, it can be considered. Match it to the topic and preserve the original meaning and attribution. An unrelated review is not evidence for a technical claim.
Does this publish to LinkedIn automatically?
The basic draft workflow gives you text to review and copy. Connected publication is a separate workflow that requires the appropriate connection, settings and permission.
What if I have not documented my projects?
Use available project information or answer a short interview, including through the WhatsApp assistant where configured. Supply real facts and images. Klusio should ask for missing information rather than invent a project.
