Search engine optimisation
Improve the pages people need to find in Google.
Search engine optimisation brings together technical accessibility, useful content, related pages and credible evidence. Klusio investigates these parts, chooses a supported improvement and follows what changes in Google Search Console.

What does SEO involve?
A technically accessible page can still be unhelpful if it only partly answers the question. A strong explanation may remain hard to discover if important related pages never link to it. Review these foundations together.
- Technical accessibility
- Check crawling, indexability, mobile usability and loading performance.
- A clear purpose for each page
- Know which customer question the page is intended to answer.
- Useful, informed content
- Explain the subject fully using your expertise and reliable sources.
- Relevant internal links
- Connect genuinely related pages so people can find the next useful answer.
- Evidence and trust
- Use real projects, customer reviews and practical experience where they support the explanation.
How Klusio chooses the next improvement
The Growth Engine combines the existing website and Search Console data with your services, working area and business knowledge. It looks for a useful change that can be supported by the available information.
- Start with a baseline
- Keep the page, question, period and source with the finding.
- Choose the right kind of work
- Improve an existing page, create genuinely missing content or propose a consolidation where justified. Significant changes need the applicable review.
- Check the facts
- Use current business information and preserve relevant evidence and qualifications.
- Verify the work
- Check technical and content requirements, then verify publication separately from approval.
- Measure what follows
- Track impressions, clicks and recorded leads separately; do not infer a sale from a search impression.
What a useful SEO improvement should solve
Start with pages that explain your services or demonstrate relevant expertise. Check whether people can find them, whether each has a distinct role and whether supporting pages point to them. A new article should fill a real gap.
Repeating the same keyword everywhere does not make a page more useful. The explanation, title, supporting evidence and contact route need to fit the search question. If you want to hand over the work, compare the responsibilities and implementation options on the SEO services page.
Diagnose the page before rewriting it
More publishing is only useful when you understand the problem. Preserve a useful existing address where possible and avoid creating another page for an answer the website already provides.
| Check first | Then consider |
|---|---|
| Which URL currently receives impressions? | Keep the established relevant URL and improve it where necessary. |
| Which search intent belongs to that URL? | Clarify the content and title around its main question. |
| Can the page be reached and indexed? | Resolve the actual access or indexing issue before adding more text. |
| Do several pages answer the same question? | Review their distinct roles and propose consolidation only with a supported reason. |
| Which evidence or internal references are missing? | Add genuine customer evidence and relevant internal links. |
| What is the baseline and comparison period? | Record the live change, update appropriate sitemap metadata and measure the page and queries afterwards. |
Six connected parts of the work
Availability depends on your plan, website connection and activated modules. A report identifies work; it is not proof that the change has been implemented.
- Keyword research
- Combine relevant questions, observed positions and existing topic coverage.
- Content preparation
- Create useful missing explanations or improve existing pages within the planning and publication settings.
- Technical audit
- Investigate technical issues that may obstruct discovery or use.
- Content gap analysis
- Identify relevant questions that do not yet have an adequate answer.
- Enquiry collection
- An activated AI Chatbot can answer configured questions and collect contact details; your team handles follow-up.
- Reporting
- View impressions, clicks and recorded leads with their source and period.
From the first measurement to follow-up
Safe, supported actions can run within your chosen working method. Sensitive changes or missing business knowledge require a decision or additional information.
- 1. Connect the website and measurement sources
- Record the starting position, existing pages, queries and technical findings.
- 2. Assess the opportunity
- Consider the question, current position, business relevance and existing explanation together.
- 3. Create, improve or connect
- Prepare the change and implement it through the authorised route, respecting approval settings.
- 4. Measure and adjust
- Review changes by page and query. Use the evidence to decide the next step; allow for market differences and the starting position.

Van Asselt’s experience
Gilbert describes his own experience of working with Klusio. This customer statement is separate from the measured Search Console figures.
Previously, we received hardly any traffic through our website. Since we started using Klusio, our online visibility has clearly increased and we regularly receive enquiries through the website. What I also particularly appreciate about Klusio is that they actively think along with us and continue to help with advice and further improvements after the start. For us, Klusio has genuinely brought a clear step forward in our online visibility.
Who can use this approach?
You do not need to become an SEO specialist. You do need accurate business information, access to the relevant website and measurement sources, and someone to make necessary decisions. Check the scope before assuming all work can be automated.
- Trades
- Roofers, painters, plumbers, plasterers, landscapers and other local services.
- Estate agencies
- Explain buying, selling and local-area questions to relevant customers.
- Other service businesses
- Accountants, advisers, cleaning companies and similar small and medium-sized businesses.

Questions and answers
What is search engine optimisation?
SEO is the work of improving a website for organic search: technical accessibility, search intent, content, internal links and credible evidence. It aims to help people discover useful pages; it does not buy an organic ranking.
How does Klusio approach SEO?
It connects analysis, prioritisation, preparation, supported implementation and follow-up. The Growth Engine assesses whether existing content needs improvement or a relevant answer is missing, within the plan’s scope.
How quickly will I see a result?
Timing varies with the website, market, technical condition and starting position. Customer cases show specific reporting periods; they are not a fixed timetable for another business.

How is SEO different from Google Ads?
Google Ads purchases advertising placements, often charged per click. SEO concerns organic results. Organic visibility is not permanently guaranteed: competitors, content, technology and search systems continue to change.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You provide the website connection, relevant measurement access and factual knowledge. Klusio supports research and preparation; technical work outside its capabilities needs your developer.
Can I do SEO myself?
Yes. Start with accessible pages, a clear purpose for each, useful explanations, relevant links and a measurement baseline. Klusio can support research, prioritisation and editing while you keep control of implementation.
How is Klusio different from an SEO agency?
Klusio organises recurring work in the Growth Engine. An agency can provide tailored specialist work and strategy. Compare what you need implemented, who is responsible and the support included.
