AI brand sentiment analysis
AI brand sentiment: understand how your business is described.
A recommendation, an alternative or an option with a caveat: read how your brand is presented and compare that picture across questions and platforms.
How does AI describe your brand?

Positive · A clear recommendation
Customer question: Which accountant helps a growing consultancy?
For a growing consultancy, Example Accountants is a strong choice thanks to its financial planning support.
What this shows
The answer connects a specific quality to a reason to choose the business.
A suitable next step
Does financial planning fit your positioning? Make your approach and relevant customer examples easy to find.
Neutral · You appear among the options
Customer question: Which accountants work with business service providers?
Example Accountants is one of the firms that support business service providers with their bookkeeping.
What this shows
The business is mentioned factually, without a recommendation or criticism.
A suitable next step
Check whether your website makes clear which customers you serve and what distinguishes your approach.
Mixed · A recommendation with a qualification
Customer question: Which accountant suits an independent consultant?
Example Accountants offers extensive support, although its broad package may be less suitable for an independent consultant with simple bookkeeping needs.
What this shows
The same answer includes a benefit and a limitation. This may be a reasonable distinction between customer needs.
A suitable next step
Check whether the qualification is correct. If so, clarify who the package is for. If you also offer a smaller package, make that visible.
Negative · A reason to look elsewhere
Customer question: Which accountant supports international growth?
I would not recommend Example Accountants for international tax questions; the available information does not show a specialism in this area.
What this shows
The answer advises against the business for this particular question. It says nothing about its quality in other services.
A suitable next step

The assessment
AMI assesses the tone of a brand mention and keeps the original passage available. The categories are positive, neutral, mixed and negative. A factual mention without a value judgement is neutral. If the tone cannot be determined reliably, it stays unknown.
Visibility and sentiment answer different questions
Visibility tells you whether the brand appeared. Sentiment describes how it was discussed. A small number of positive mentions does not mean broad reach; an absent brand is not automatically a negative mention.
Inspect before acting
Open the full answer and the cited sources, where available. A citation lets you investigate context but does not establish which page caused a positive or negative judgement. Your team can use the evidence to review its own pages, cases and external company profiles.
What do you want to be known for?
The description of your business helps you assess whether the qualities you value also appear in AI answers.
- Check your positioning
- Does the answer describe you as a specialist, a low-cost option or a broad provider? Compare the qualities linked to your brand with the story you tell.
- Investigate recurring reservations
- A qualification about price, service or suitability may reveal an unanswered question. Read the context before deciding whether the explanation, supporting evidence or offer needs attention.
- Give your team specific work
- Include the original answer in the brief. Marketing, sales and your agency can then see which description they are investigating and what needs checking.
Trace the claim back to its context
A label gives direction. Compare the answer, its cited sources and your own business information to investigate the evidence.
- Read the full context
- What was asked, and which service does it concern? A limitation for one use can help explain where your business is a suitable choice.
- Open the cited pages
- Check whether services, cases and business profiles are current. A cited page is a lead to investigate, not proof of what caused the sentiment.
- Check the business facts
- Compare statements about prices, locations and services with your records. Brand facts helps identify possible discrepancies, including in positive answers.
Make the next improvement specific
Suppose AI describes your offer as extensive, while the entry-level service you want to sell is barely mentioned. That gives your team a focused question to investigate.
- Your team investigates
- Review the tracked questions and the description of your entry-level service. Does the right page explain who it is for, what you deliver and which practical example supports that explanation?
- Klusio helps with follow-up
- Connect the finding to a suitable AMI opportunity. With the Growth Engine, Klusio can handle appropriate content improvements within your configured permissions. External mentions require follow-up with the publisher.
- You follow later answers
- Compare the same questions and platforms at subsequent measurements. Consider visibility alongside sentiment: positive wording matters when you also appear for relevant questions.

Questions and answers
What is the difference between visibility and sentiment?
Visibility records whether your brand appears. Sentiment assesses how it is discussed. You can be mentioned frequently while being presented mainly as a neutral option. Read the two measures together.
How does AMI assess sentiment?
AMI assesses the wording about your brand automatically. The categories are positive, neutral, mixed and negative. A factual mention without a value judgement is neutral. If the tone cannot be determined reliably, the assessment remains unknown. You can read the original answer.
Do answers without my brand count as negative?
No. Sentiment concerns answers that mention your brand. Missing mentions belong to visibility. A small group of positive mentions does not mean broad reach.
Does AMI know which source caused an assessment?
You can inspect the cited sources where the AI platform provides them. A citation alone does not prove that a particular page caused the positive or negative judgement.
Is a positive description necessarily correct?
That needs a separate check. A recommendation can contain an old price or the wrong service. Brand facts compares statements with your recorded business information. It is available from Groei.
Can Klusio help improve the information?
Your team can use the answers and sources to improve its own pages, cases and external profiles. With the Growth Engine connected, suitable improvements can be handled within its permissions. A change in future AI answers is not guaranteed.
