First identify which website you actually have
A website supplied by Realworks and a separate website receiving property data from Realworks are not necessarily the same system. Ask who maintains the CMS, how listings reach it and who can change service pages, templates and scripts.
Realworks’ own Website 3.0 guidance describes editing content and setting a browser title and description for individual pages. It also gives image guidance. Those capabilities contradict the blanket claim that every Realworks website lacks page settings. The precise version and provider still need checking. Source checked on 21 October 2026.
Check these four areas before diagnosing the problem
A site with property listings may still need a clearer explanation of why a seller or buyer should choose the office. That does not mean all its existing pages are invisible. Use actual page inspection and Search Console data.
- Useful service and advice content
- Can you publish and maintain substantial explanations alongside listings? Check whether existing CMS pages or a blog already meet that need.
- Page titles, descriptions and headings
- Identify the settings available on your specific site. Check whether the visible content fulfils the title’s promise before rewriting it.
- Discovery and indexing
- Inspect the actual sitemap, crawl access, canonical URLs and index status. Do not diagnose a missing sitemap without checking the site.
- Internal links and structure
- Can related advice, neighbourhood pages and service explanations link together? Check the navigation and editable content instead of assuming the platform forbids links.
1. Research where your customers look for help
A seller comparing agents uses different questions from a buyer browsing properties. Investigate services and places you actually cover, using questions such as selling costs, buying support or choosing a local agent as starting examples.
Klusio compares the available search information, relevant competing pages and your current coverage. The result should identify a specific useful improvement with a source and date. Missing text, unclear positioning and a technical publishing limitation require different responses. An analysis is not proof that every proposed new page is needed.
2. Add content through a supported, tested route
Useful content can explain your selling process, valuation approach or local experience. The Growth Engine prepares suitable work in your voice using business knowledge and current sources. Check overlap with existing pages before adding a new article.
Klusio does not promise a native article-publishing connection to every Realworks website. For a custom site, your developer may retrieve articles through the Klusio API and display them in the existing design. If the website itself uses a supported CMS, check the corresponding integration separately.
Before enabling publication, agree the destination, styling, images, internal links, approval process and responsibility for changes. Test on a draft and verify the live result when publication is authorised. Preserve the property feed, templates and any newer manual edits. A work brief is the appropriate route for changes that cannot be applied safely through the connection.
3. Add a website assistant only where supported
Keep the office telephone number and enquiry form clear. An optional website assistant can help someone ask about your service area, working process or approved fees when staff are unavailable.
Your website provider must allow the embed script in the appropriate place. Configure knowledge, consent information, enquiry delivery and handover, then test mobile display and ordinary contact routes. Do not promise a five-minute installation before access and compatibility are known.
The assistant can collect a request; the office assesses it and confirms any meeting or valuation. It must not invent a fee, availability or a binding property assessment.
4. Arrange WhatsApp contact separately
Website-enquiry notifications can go to the configured recipients. A WhatsApp bot that holds two-way conversations is a separate service with its own activation, number, knowledge and handover conditions.
For example, an evening question about your working area can receive an approved answer and an invitation to leave contact details. The office then reviews the conversation. Receiving a message or phone number does not prove that a suitable valuation or sales instruction has been won.
Keep the systems that already serve your office
The intended approach is to complement your existing website and CRM, not replace property management or the listing feed. Confirm with your provider what the implementation can preserve before agreeing the work.
- Findability
- Useful service and advice content, supported by local evidence and correct website settings.
- A clear enquiry route
- Contact options and, where selected, a configured assistant. A conversation is followed up by your team.
- Availability and handover
- Agreed notification or WhatsApp routes when staff are busy, without promising every question can be resolved automatically.
- Measurement
- Completed work, indexing, Google impressions, clicks and suitable enquiries tracked separately. Where attribution is incomplete, make that limitation visible.
Choose the working rhythm and scope
Groei Start begins at €199 per month excluding VAT. Groei Pro costs €399 per month and includes two improvements per week, the website lead chatbot and quarterly guidance. An improvement can be new content, a stronger existing page or a justified repair. It is not a guaranteed weekly article quota.
The website chatbot is optional with Start and included from Pro. WhatsApp enquiry notifications are different from the separately activated WhatsApp customer assistant. AMI and Voice AI also have separate activation and conditions. Advertising spend and custom website development are not part of the subscription price.
Plan the technical handover
Ask your website provider to confirm the editable pages and metadata, how articles and images would be displayed, how recent manual edits are protected and how a failed change can be reversed. Agree costs, testing and publication permission before development starts.
This keeps the proposal specific to your site. Klusio’s public Realworks guide is not an endorsement from Realworks or evidence that a particular customer’s integration has already been installed.
